Description

The proposed utility model relates to the clothing industry and is intended for designers of clothes and tailors, namely to optimize the workflow, organize the location, collect, transfer and transport tools.

A pillow for needles (published as CN206909809 2018-01-23) is known in the art, filled with a cotton fiber cloth or sponge, with tape fastened to it, and a cylindrical bag of cloth or non-woven material. The device is designed to be worn on the wrist or in other positions of the designer, which allows the designer to conveniently use the device, which can be used at any time and for small tools, such as a pen and pins. The disadvantage of this device is the use for a small set of tools.

The closest in technical essence is a pillow for pins (published as JP2005256188 2005-09-22), which is able to store small objects, such as scissors and thimbles, easily remove these small objects and use them in a state attached to the wrist when sewing. A small case for storing items is attached to the rear surface of the needle bar body, and one end of the rubber cord for attaching thimbles is attached to the needle bar body and the locking device with the ability to detach the other end, the rubber cord is installed in a position slightly separated from the fixed part of the rubber cord. The thickness of the needle bar case can be made thin in the central part by stitching the upper surface and the lower surface of the needle bar together in the central part, or the magnet can be embedded in the inside of the needle bar case or small items. The disadvantage of this technical solution is the inability to place a large number of tools.

The technical problem, which the utility model is aimed at, is to provide a universal system that can be used to assist in the work process while on the wrist.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the bracelet is an organizer for clothing designers and tailors, having compartments for placing objects, made of two layers of fabric interconnected, having a rectangular shape, on two opposite edges of which there are fixation devices containing transverse through compartments , limited by seams and at least one round compartment, while one of the transverse compartments contains a compartment for tailor's soap, a wired magnet and a bobbin holder. The round compartment is not stitched around the entire perimeter. Has a compartment designed for folding ruler.

The technical result provided by the above set of features is ease of use.

The device is intended for creativity, tailors, cutters, couturiers and designers.

The bracelet is attached to the wrist with buttons. Compartments are located along the entire length of the product, which are separated using machine stitching. The compartments are designed for auxiliary tools and mechanisms, which are located so that the consumer was comfortable wearing them on his wrist throughout the entire working time.

The bracelet can include nine tailor’s main tools: scissors, soap or chalk, a thermo-ink pen, a spreader, a removable bobbin with basting threads, a tailor’s tape measure, a magnet with pins, a ruler, tailor-made needles for the visually impaired, which are used in the stages of creating clothes ( taking measurements, designing, cutting, sewing, tattooing on a mannequin, fitting to a figure and modeling). The tools are firmly fixed on the bracelet, but they can be removed without any effort as needed. Ease of extraction and reliable fixation of tools leads to ease of use.

The location of the tools on the wrist has proven its effectiveness in various crafts, so that the workflow goes faster and more efficiently.

The organizer bracelet consists of two layers of fabric 14, having the shape of a rectangle, divided into several transverse compartments bounded by seams, there are fastening / fixing devices (buttons) along two opposite edges 1. The organizer bracelet has a soap (chalk) compartment 2, sewn a magnet 3, a latch for the bobbin 4, two through compartments for the spreader 6 and for the handle 10, a compartment for scissors 9, having a fuse 7 and a lock of scissors 8, and a round compartment for tailor's roulette.

The device is made mainly of fabric, mainly from Neoprene knitwear, two layers of material are fastened together by buttons and machine stitches. The magnet is located between two layers of fabric and for fixing it is sewn along the edges with a manual seam or machine line 5. Also, this seam can be made with a horseshoe-shaped machine, creating a pocket for the position and fixing of the magnet.

To fix the bobbin, use the lower part of the alpha button, which is installed with the convex side inward of the bracelet between the two layers, which creates a rotation axis for the bobbin, and allows you to remove and change the bobbin. The thread is used for temporary stitching of parts.

Followed by compartment 6 for the spreader. This compartment is made through and formed by parallel transverse seams from edge to edge the size of the width of the tool. It is recommended to use a multifunctional sprayer, on which on the lid covering the sprayer there is a brush for cleaning chalk lines on the product and cleaning equipment.

Then follows the compartment for scissors 9, made through and formed by parallel seams from edge to edge the size of the width of the tool. This compartment is made with a fuse 7 (plastic flask) from a prick of scissors and a scissor lock 8, made in the form of a needle securing the scissors. Fuse length 50 mm. Fuse:

The scissor latch 8 consists of a needle and thread. The latch is attached to the bottom layer with a knot of thread, the needle is threaded between the scissor handles and punctured on the upper outer layer of the bracelet (needle with a classic eyelet 35mm, thread length 35mm).

Thus, the device helps the specialist in the process of performing their work. The device can accommodate nine basic tools; when using recommendations, it allows you to increase functionality to 15 tools. It can be used by both right-handed and left-handed people.

A prototype was made, made in the following sizes:

- bracelet width - 70 mm

- bracelet length - 206 mm

- longitudinal compartments - 18 mm wide

- compartment for tailor's roulette - diameter 55 mm

- compartment for chalk, magnet and bobbin holder with a width of 30 mm.

The width and length of the bracelet can be made different, depending on the size of the user's wrist, or on the size of the tool.

Thus, despite the fact that this utility model has been described by the optimal example of the device, the above example does not limit its functionality.
