Abstract
The proposed solution relates to devices designed to improve the quality of human sleep and the comfort of others. The objective of the proposed device is to eliminate snoring without disturbing sleep. The intelligent snoring neutralizer includes an analysis subunit and an impact subunit, a control panel and a network adapter. The subblock of analysis and the subblock of action are carried out constructively by a single unit of analysis and action, consisting of a microcontroller and a battery in a common package. A microphone and two audio emitters, connected by cables to the analysis and impact unit, are fixed together with it by means of detachable connections on an elastic bandage fixed on the human head. The principle of operation of the Intelligent Snoring Converter is as follows: a control panel is connected to the analysis and impact unit, which includes a delay determination subunit and a touch display. Using the remote control, the battery is charged, the frequency and amplitude of the impact are adjusted, the delay timer is set. At bedtime, the control panel is disconnected from the unit of analysis and impact, and the bandage is fixed on the human head. In the initial phase of sleep, the set time of the delay timer ends, after which the microphone begins to receive a sound signal emitted by a person. The microcontroller analyzes the signal from the microphone, generates the amplitude-frequency characteristic and selects certain frequencies to recognize the snoring of a particular person and eliminate the unregulated triggering of the sub-block of exposure during background noise. When frequencies characteristic of snoring are detected in the input sound spectrum, the sub-block generator of the impact generates sinusoidal signals with specified characteristics through the built-in digital-to-analog converter. Signals are sent to audio emitters, resulting in an overlay giving a resultant impact signal that is close to the delta rhythm of the brain, forcing a sleeping person to either change posture, which leads to the cessation of snoring, or to stop snoring.
Description
The proposed solution relates to devices designed to improve the quality of human sleep and the comfort of others. The objective of the proposed device is to eliminate snoring without disturbing sleep. An audio effect that does not disturb sleep should have a certain frequency. This frequency is determined by the electrical oscillations of the brain, diagnosed in a sleeping person in the deep phase of sleep (delta rhythm of the brain), and lies within 1 - 4 Hz. Due to the fact that the human ear is not able to perceive sound at a given frequency, it is proposed to use two carrier audio signals with a perceived frequency that are slightly different in frequency from each other. At the same time, low-frequency beats are formed, corresponding to the delta rhythm of the brain.
Of the existing devices closest to the claimed technical solution is a device to combat snoring (application 2015109220/14, 03/16/2015). This device has the following disadvantages:
1. One sound emitter is used, which makes it impossible to produce an audio effect with modulation of frequencies close to the delta rhythm of the human brain.
2. There is no possibility of adjusting the parameters of audio exposure and on-delay time.
The objective of the proposed technical solution is to eliminate the shortcomings of the closest analogue, improve the quality of human sleep and increase the comfort of people around.
The above result is achieved by introducing two audio emitters, to which signals with similar frequencies are supplied, when superimposed, the resulting frequency coincides with the frequency of the delta rhythm of the brain of a sleeping person. The adjustment of the initial frequencies is achieved by adjusting the resulting frequency to the physiological parameters of a particular person. It is also possible to regulate the delay time during prolonged sleep failure, to turn on the audio effect during the deepest sleep and reduce the likelihood of awakening.
1.An Intelligent Snoring Diagram is provided in FIG. one.
