Description
The utility model relates to computer systems and can be used to create qubits, when one of them is selectively excited by continuous UV radiation, resonant energy transfer over long distances is possible.
[D. Bouwmeester, A.K. Ekert, A. Zeilinger, The Physics of Quantum Information, Berlin: Springer 2000]. [B.E. Kane. A silicon-based nuclear spin quantum computer, Nature, Vol. 393. - P. 133-137, 1998].Various types of qubit design are known. A qubit can be represented as a single photon with two orthogonal polarizations. Such systems of photonic and atomic qubits in a resonator are studied in resonant quantum electrodynamics [D. Bouwmeester, AK Ekert, A. Zeilinger, The Physics of Quantum Information, Berlin: Springer 2000]. A qubit can also be realized on the nuclear spins of 31 P atoms in crystalline silicon [BE Kane. A silicon-based nuclear spin quantum computer, Nature, Vol. 393. - P. 133-137, 1998].
[B.E. Kane. A silicon-based nuclear spin quantum computer, Nature, Vol. 393, P. 133-137, 1998]. The closest analogue of the claimed utility model is the implementation of a qubit on the nuclear spins of 31 P atoms in crystalline silicon [BE Kane. A silicon-based nuclear spin quantum computer, Nature, Vol. 393, P. 133-137, 1998]. For this, we used a one-dimensional chain of 31 P phosphorus atoms immersed in a spinless dielectric silicon crystal of 28 Si, cooled to temperatures of the order of 1 mK. The quantum dynamics of the nuclear and electronic spins of 31 P atoms can be controlled by pulsed nuclear and electronic magnetic resonance methods. Selective access to an individual atom is achieved by tuning its resonant frequencies by controlling the electronic structure of the atom by electric fields on nanoelectrodes. To build such a structure, it is necessary to use methods of nanotechnology with atomic resolution; this presents difficulties in the practical implementation of this model, which is a drawback.
In this utility model, it will be shown that by selective excitation of one of the qubits, which is a fragment of a composite material of polymethylmethacrylate with silver nanoparticles in a polymer matrix (PMMA + Ag) with a quasi-zero refractive index and continuous UV radiation, resonant energy transfer over long distances is possible.
[O.N. Gadomsky, N.M. Ushakov. Optics of media with quasi-zero refractive index. Fundamentals, nanotechnologies and applications, OmniScriptum GmbHCo.KG, Germany, [O.N. Gadomsky, N.M. Ushakov. Optics of media with quasi-zero refractive index. Fundamentals, nanotechnologies and applications, OmniScriptum GmbHCo.KG, Germany, 2015].In FIG. 1 schematically shows the scheme of the proposed utility model, which can be used to implement resonant energy transfer over long distances by selective excitation of one of the qubits by continuous ultraviolet radiation. The qubit structure includes the following structural elements: 1 - a polymer matrix with a refractive index , 2 - silver nanoparticle. A qubit is a fragment of the PMMA + Ag composite material with a quasi-zero refractive index [ON Gadomsky, NM Ushakov. Optics of media with quasi-zero refractive index. Fundamentals, nanotechnologies and applications, OmniScriptum GmbH Co.KG, Germany, 2015] with one silver nanoparticle. This fragment is a polymer cylinder with a refractive index high nm, base radius nm These cylinder sizes are due to the fact that the average distance between nanoparticles is nm Because at a 5% weight content of silver in a polymer matrix with a radius of nanoparticles nm we get the concentration of nanoparticles cm -3 , which corresponds to the average distance between the centers of spherical nanoparticles nm [ON Gadomsky, NM Ushakov. Optics of media with quasi-zero refractive index. Fundamentals, nanotechnologies and applications, OmniScriptum GmbH Co.KG, Germany, 2015].
The characteristic differences of the claimed utility model from the specified analogue are that:

The system of their two qubits, which are fragments of the composite material PMMA + Ag, is an ideal energy carrier from one qubit to another over long distances. Resonant energy transfer from one qubit to another, when one of the qubits is selectively excited by external radiation, leads to a change in the qubit inversion and induces local electric dipole transitions of qubit 1 (observing qubit) and qubit 2 (inductor qubit).
