Abstract

A device for the retail sale of rolled metal belongs to the field of commercial engineering, namely, devices for the retail sale of long products, and can be used to sell rolled metal of a standard length without involving service personnel. The technical result of the proposed technical solution is the possibility of the retail sale of long metal products due to the device for the retail sale of metal products, characterized in that it contains lockable and lockable storage cells made with the possibility of remote unlocking, while the internal cavity of the storage cells is made at least 5.85 m long ; the device comprises a front module and a storage module detachably interconnected, the front module comprising lockable doors with a remote unlocking system, and storage cells are located in the storage module; the outer walls of the storage module are equipped with stiffeners; each storage compartment is equipped with an individual swing door; the doors are configured to inspect the contents of the storage cell; the doors are lockable with a magnetic lock.

Description

The claimed technical solution relates to the field of commercial engineering, and in particular to devices for the retail sale of long products, and can be used for the implementation of metal rolling of standard length without the involvement of staff.

The closest in technical essence is the “DEVICE FOR STORAGE AND DELIVERY OF OBJECTS” according to the patent of the Russian Federation for utility model of the Russian Federation No. 13715 dated 09.24.1999 published on 05.10.2000, IPC G07F 11/16, G07F 11/28, containing shelves for placing items, fortified on vertical racks with an inclination and forming a storage of objects of a matrix structure, a means of retention and a mechanism for dropping objects from a shelf, a mechanism for transporting an object from a shelf to a place of delivery, containing a carriage with the possibility of its movement in horizontal and vertical directions, fur anism of issuing an item, a control unit, characterized in that the means of holding items made in the form of a protrusion on the lowered edge of each shelf, and the mechanism for dropping items is located on the carriage, the receiving plane of which is made with an inclination equal to or greater than the inclination of the storage shelves; the reset mechanism is made in the form of a pushing mechanism and comprises a slider connected through levers with a drive with the possibility of its translational-reciprocal movement towards the shelf and lifting the object above the shelf protrusion; the mechanism for issuing the item contains stops located on the carriage, connected by a rod, with the possibility of rotation when the rod interacts with a stop located on a vertical rack of the store at the place of issue of the item; each shelf is formed by two strips mounted on oppositely arranged vertical racks spaced from each other by a distance greater than or equal to the width of the item; each plank is provided with a protrusion located on the lowered edge of the plank; the control unit is made in the form of a touch display.

Most metal products sold in retail, such as, for example, fittings have a standard length of 5.85 m. Existing solutions for the storage and sale of goods do not allow the implementation of long and heavy products, such as metal products.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to create a device that allows the storage and sale of long products of rolled metal without involving staff in the implementation process.

The problem is solved by the device for the retail sale of metal products characterized in that it contains lockable and lockable storage cells equipped with a remote unlocking system, while the internal cavity of the storage cells is made at least 5.85 m long; the device comprises a front module and a storage module detachably interconnected, the front module comprising lockable doors with a remote unlocking system, and storage cells are located in the storage module; the outer walls of the storage module are equipped with stiffeners; each storage compartment is equipped with an individual swing door; the doors are configured to inspect the contents of the storage cell; the doors are lockable with a magnetic lock; storage cells are made with a slope.

The essence of the technical solution is illustrated in the drawing, where in Fig.1 - a device for the retail sale of metal.

A device for the retail sale of metal is as follows.

The device 1 for the retail sale of metal contains lockable and lockable cell 2 storage. Storage cells 2 are made with lockable swing doors 3. Optionally, each storage cell 2 is equipped with an individual swing door 3. Doors 3 are made lockable with the possibility of remote remote unlocking. The doors 3 are made lockable, for example, using individual magnetic or mechanical locks. Doors 3 are equipped with closers. The possibility of remote unlocking of each door 3 is realized, for example, due to the interconnection of the corresponding magnetic lock and control unit 7 by means of interface or power wiring. The control unit 7 is optionally equipped with a payment receiving module, an information processing unit, and also an information input and display device. Storage cells 2 can be made with an inclination towards the unlocked end. Storage cells 2 are made rectangular in cross section. As part of one device 1, storage cells 2 of different cross-sectional areas can be used. The internal cavity of the storage cells 2 is made with a length of at least 5.85 m. This length of the cells 2 is selected taking into account the most common in production and in demand in the implementation of the length of metal. Optionally, the device 1 comprises detachably interconnected front module 4 and storage module 5. In the case of a device containing two modules 4 and 5, lockable doors 3 with a remote unlocking system are located on the front module 4, and storage cells 2 are located in the storage module 5. The outer walls of the storage module 5 are provided with stiffening ribs 6. The stiffening ribs 6 prevent deformation that may occur due to the large total weight of the contents of the cells 2. The doors 3 are configured to inspect the contents of the corresponding storage cell 2. The ability to inspect the contents of the storage cell 2 is implemented, for example, by performing part of the door 3 from light-transmitting material.

The implementation of metal using the inventive device is as follows.

In the device 1 lay the metal, completing it in storage cells 2. I close the storage cells 2 with doors 3 and lock them, for example, using magnetic or mechanical locks. After the buyer pays for the contents of cell 2, it is remotely unlocked, for example, by unlocking the magnetic lock. The buyer opens the unlocked storage cell 2 and picks up the paid goods.

The implementation of the device containing lockable and remotely unlockable cells with an internal storage cavity with a length of at least 5.85 m allows you to store and retail metal products of the most common size.

A device for the retail sale of rolled metal, characterized in that it contains lockable and lockable storage cells made with the possibility of remote unlocking, while the internal cavity of the storage cells is made at least 5.85 m long. 2. The device according to p. 1, characterized in that it contains detachably interconnected front module and storage module, while the front module contains lockable doors with a remote unlocking system, and storage cells are located in the storage module shelving. 3. The device according to p. 2, characterized in that the outer walls of the storage module are equipped with stiffeners. 4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the storage cells are equipped with an individual hinged door. 5. The device according to p. 2 or 4, characterized in that the doors are configured to inspect the contents of the storage cell. 6. The device according to p. 2 or 4, characterized in that the doors are made lockable with a magnetic lock.
