Known (RU, 61098, U1, IPC A41D 1/00, published 02.27.2007) a set of outerwear for people with reduced mobility, where the trousers consist of front and rear halves connected by side and step lines, and the back of the trousers have undercuts under the knees, and the seat depth of the trousers in the front is made with understatement, in the back with elongation. The main disadvantage of the known analogue is the lack of a constructive solution that provides volume in the hip joint.

Known (RU, 108709, U1, IPC A41D 1/06, published 09/27/2011) pants for people with reduced mobility, consisting of front and rear halves connected by side and step lines, and a belt, while ensuring a comfortable fit trousers when sitting, the front halves of the trousers have horizontal division above the knee line, repeating the limb bent in the knee joint along the contour, in addition, the seat depth of the trousers in the front is made with understatement, and in the back with elongation.

In this analogue, the knee shape is defined by the undercut (horizontal division) on the front of the trousers above the knee line and two vertical tucks in the knee area without taking into account the spherical shape of the patella. In addition, the absence of a middle seam (division) on the central part of the rear half of the trousers is a drawback that is fraught with the formation of folds and creases when bending around the buttocks, which is unacceptable for the supporting surface of a sitting person.

Known (RU, 172880, U1, IPC A41D 1/00, published July 28, 2017) is a jumpsuit for children with reduced mobility, where the front of the trousers in the knee area is equipped with voluminous kneecaps, and the rear of the trousers in the area under the knee is made detachable. The disadvantages of this design (design is a flat scan of a volumetric product) of the trousers adopted as a prototype include the lack of division of the upper portion of the back of the trousers, which provides volume in the hip joint.

The task (technical problem) solved by the inventor in the process of creating a real utility model is to increase the level of protection of children with mobility impairments by creating clothing for them with increased comfort.

The technical result that is achieved in the implementation of the utility model is to improve the quality of planting the product on the figure of a child sitting in a wheelchair.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the trousers, consisting of front and rear halves, connected along the side and step lines with the formation of the corresponding legs, where the seat depth of the trousers in the front part is made with understatement, and in the back with elongation, on the front half of the trousers with the help of two horizontal cuts above and below the knee line, the middle section is selected in the form of an insert located at the level of the knee from two mirrors symmetrically relative to the vertical bend line of the front of the trousers th, having each shape of an isosceles trapezoid and mating with each other along curved sections of large bases; on the back half of the trousers, using the two horizontal cuts symmetrical with respect to the popliteal fossa line, the middle section is distinguished, while the adjacent sections of the upper and lower sections of this half of the trousers are concave and mirror symmetric with respect to the popliteal fossa line; and the upper section of the back half of the trousers has an upper detachable part at the level of the sublingual fold, on the lower curved section of which there is a tuck, offset from the fold line of this half of the trousers towards the side cut

The described design of the trousers was developed taking into account the characteristic poses of children with disabilities, and the division of the parts of the structure was carried out taking into account the volumetric forms of the child’s body along the boundaries of the areas where the change in the curvature of the body surface is most significant. The areas with the greatest change in the configuration of the body of a disabled child in statics and dynamics include the areas of the knees and the hip joint.

For a child in a wheelchair whose leg is constantly bent at the knee (compared with the original design of ordinary trousers for a healthy child), the front of the trousers should be longer along the bend of the leg, and the back should be shorter. To this end, on the front of the trousers, with the help of two horizontal cuts above and below the knee line, the middle section is distinguished in the form of an insert located at the level of the knee from two trapezoidal parts symmetrical with respect to the vertical bend line of the front of the trousers, each with

one arched base. The radius of curvature (arc) of the base of any of the trapezoidal parts of the middle section is directly proportional to the width of the front half of the trousers in the knee and is inversely proportional to the angle (ϕ) between the axis of the thigh and the axis of the lower leg. This design of the middle section of the front allows you to provide a three-dimensional shape of the front half of the trousers corresponding to the bent knee (repetition of the sphere of the patella), as well as to remove the excess area of the front half of the trousers on the sides of the knee. The width (height of the larger base of the trapezoid) of the middle section depends on the angle (ϕ) between the axis of the thigh and the axis of the lower leg.

Similarly, on the rear part of the trouser structure, with the help of two horizontal cuts above and below the level of the popliteal fossa, a middle section having a rectangular shape is also distinguished. The resulting design is technologically advanced, since it does not contain hard-to-cut sections and provides for the possibility of parallel processing of nodes (top and lining).

In the particular case of performance, the trousers may contain a belt.

Evidence of the industrial implementation of the claimed utility model is given below on the example of a specific design of the trouser model, which consists of the front (Fig. 1) and back (Fig. 2) halves (parts of the structure) connected along the side 1 and step 2 lines (sections) to form the corresponding leg (the longitudinal part of the left or right half of the trousers).

On each part of the structure along the length, three sections can be distinguished:

- on the front: the middle 3 section at the knee level, on both sides of the middle 3 sections - the upper 4 and lower 5 sections, respectively;

- on the back: middle 6 section, on both sides of the middle 6 section - upper 7 and lower 8 sections, respectively.

The middle section 3 of the front part of the structure, formed by dividing it using two horizontal cuts above and below the knee line, is an insert located at the knee level, consisting of two identical, mirror-symmetrical with respect to the vertical line 9 (bend line of the front half of the trousers, warp thread ) horizontally oriented parts having each shape of an isosceles trapezoid and facing each other with curved sections of large bases.

The middle section 6 of the rear of the structure, formed by dividing it with two symmetrical horizontal cuts above and below the popliteal fossa line, has a rectangular shape, while sections 10 (the lower section of the upper 7 and the upper section of the lower 8 sections of the rear of the structure) are concave and mirror symmetric about the line of the popliteal fossa (horizontal line of symmetry of the middle section 6). Each of the sections 10 is also symmetrical with respect to the vertical (bend line of the rear half of the trousers, warp thread) line 9.

The upper section 7 of the rear part (Fig. 2) of the structure has an upper detachable part 11 at the level of the sublingual fold, one of the side contours of which is a continuation of the side cut 1, and the other side contour is the middle cut 12 of the rear part of the structure. The lower section 13 of the upper cutting part 11 of the upper section 7 of the rear part of the structure is curved and has a vertical tuck 14 with arched curved sections, offset from the bend line 9 of the rear half of the trousers towards the side cut 1.

The depth of the sitting of the trousers in the front is made with understatement, and in the back - with lengthening due to the design of the upper section of 15 trousers more curved than for ordinary trousers, the line.

The trousers of the described model are made on grinding shuttle stitch sewing machines according to the technology generally accepted for this type of product, containing the following main steps:

- trapezoidal parts of the middle 3 sections of the front (Fig. 1) part of the trousers with each other; - middle 3 and 6 sections with upper 4, 7 and lower 5, 8 sections, respectively, of the front / back parts (halves) of trousers;

- the upper cutting part 11 with the lower part of the upper section 7 of the rear (Fig. 2) part of the trousers;

- installation of lining parts (connection of the front (Fig. 1) and rear (Fig. 2) halves of the trousers);

- installation of upper parts (connection of the front and rear halves of the trousers along the side 1, step 2 and middle 12 sections;

- installation of a zipper, button, button, velcro, etc.);

- connection of the top to the lining;

- processing (grinding the belt along the upper cut 15 of the product) with a belt (for example, grinding).

The material of the top of the product can be a raincoat, or jacket fabric, or a knitted fabric; as a heater, a synthetic winterizer or fleece can be used, any lining fabrics are chosen for the lining.
