SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: on a revolving machine, on needles of one needle bed, loops of soil and plush threads are formed through one, they form enlarged plush broaches on pairs of teeth of the opposite needle bar and in the same needle bar on needles located between fender teeth with plush broaches, form loops from one soil thread. On the same needles a soil loop is formed when they are transferred to another needle bed before dropping i plush hooks. 4 ill.
Description
The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to knitwear production technology.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the method of producing double-sided plaid uijeeoro double-knit fabrics and expand the range of knitted fabrics.
In FIG. 1 shows the structure of double-sided plush knitwear; in FIG. 2 - | process in the field of knitwear; in FIG. 3 - structure of bilateral plush knitwear (second option); in FIG. 4 is a process in the interest of this knitwear.
In double-sided plush knitwear (. 1), ground loops 1 are formed from D, and plush thread P, passing ng needles through a row, forms plush protrudes 2 either on one side of the knit or then on the other.
In the process, in the task (Fig. 2), the needles 1 form loops of soil, and the breakaway teeth 2 act as an additional element, i.e. they serve to bend the plush thread.
The formation of one rapport of double-sided plush knitwear on the basis of double combined weaving on a rotary machine is carried out by four loop-forming systems. The development of the proposed knitwear is as follows.
In the first system, the needles 1 are arranged in an elastic arrangement and in this system they knit a series of eraser from a ground thread. In this case, the needles of the lower cylinder lowering, first grab the plush thread, ikuliruyte on the chipper teeth x of the upper cylinder, and then - the soil thread and curable it on the chipper teeth x of the lower cylinder. Thus, in the first system, the needles of the lower cylinder form loops of two - plush and ground threads, and the needles

верхнего цилиндра - из одной грунтовой нити.the upper cylinder - from one soil thread.
The chipping teeth of the upper cylinder serve to bend the plush thread. In the second system, all the needles from the upper cylinder pass into the lower cylinder and a number of incomplete surfaces are knitted from the filament.
The transition of the needles from the upper cylinder to the lower one allows the plush hooks to be pulled from the jack teeth of the upper cylinder using a puller. In this way plush pulls 2 are formed on one side of the knitwear (Fig. 1). In order to form plush broaches on the other side of the knit, in the third system, the needles are woven from the ground thread of the eraser through one transition from the lower cylinder to the upper one along with the needles remaining in the lower cylinder. In this case, the needles passing from the lower cylinder to the upper first grasp the plush thread and stack it on the jack teeth of the lower cylinder, and then an earth thread is laid on them, which is fed onto the jack teeth of the upper cylinder. Thus, in the third system, the needles of the upper cylinder form loops of two plush and soil threads, and the needles of the lower cylinder form one soil of thread. In the fourth system, the needles from the lower cylinder are transferred to the upper one and they knit a series of incomplete surface from the filament. In this system, plush hooks are pulled from the jack teeth of the lower cylinder by means of a stripper.
The second variant of double-sided plush knitwear (Figs. 3–4) differs from the first one in that plush knitwear on one and on the other side of the knitwear are formed in one loop, while in the first variant plush knitwear on one and the other side with respect to each other arranged in a checkerboard pattern. The proposed method for producing double-sided plush knitwear based on double combined weaving is highly effective, since one row of weaving is formed by one loop-forming system, besides this method is simple to implement, does not require
