Abstract
Usage: the invention relates to the technology of manufacturing multilayer honeycomb structures; SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: a strip blank is perforated taking into account the step of the openings on the walls of the cells from which the honeycomb block is formed, i.e. in one direction, the step is equal to the height of the honeycomb core, and in the other, doubled w (irina of the side face of the honeycomb. Then the honeycomb block is assembled on a matrix using mandrels, glued and molded by heating and pressure. The finished block is cut into layers of filler along the lines, passage After this, the lower sheathing is alternately laid on the matrix from the layers of fiberglass impregnated with a binder, a filler layer on which adhesive mastic and the upper sheathing are applied, and then the structure is molded and cured.

Изобретение относитс к технологии изготовлени многослойных сотовых конструкций из композиционных материалов, Целью, изобретени вл етс исключение накоплени влаги во внутренних объемах сотового заполнител .The invention relates to the technology of manufacturing multilayer honeycomb structures from composite materials. The aim of the invention is to prevent the accumulation of moisture in the internal volumes of the honeycomb core.
З - многослойна конструкци с сотовым заполнителем .In FIG. 1 shows a honeycomb block of pre-perforated material during molding; figure 2 - cell block - top view; Fig. 3 is a multilayer honeycomb structure.
1,The manufacturing method includes the following operations. Pre-made cell block of blanks 1,
Затем приступают к изготовлению многослойнойperforated so that the pitch H of the holes 2 in one direction is equal to the height of the honeycomb core, and in the other, twice the width b of the side face of the honeycomb. Then the material 1 is impregnated with a phenol-formaldehyde binder (for example, grade BF-2) and layered in layers in a block on a matrix .3 using technological mandrels 4 and a punch 5. The block is formed by heating and pressure. Then mandrels 4 are removed, the finished block is cut on a band saw into blanks, ensuring that the height corresponds to step H between holes 2. Then, multilayer manufacturing is started.

Затем готовую конструкцию охлаждают, снимают с матрицы , зачищают от остатков св зующего, окрашивают и провод т окончательную приемку.design, including laying on the matrix 3 of the lower skin 6 of layers of fiberglass impregnated with a synthetic binder (for example, brand BF-2), applying to the last layer of adhesive mastic based on phenol-formaldehyde resin and lay the honeycomb layer 7, on the upper surface of which is also applied t layer of adhesive mastic and lay the upper skin 8 of the layers impregnated with a synthetic binder fiberglass. On the surface of the package obtained, drainage and a sealed balloon-cloth cover and (not shown) are successively laid. The bag is formed and the binder cured at the same time at temperature and vacuum. Then, the finished structure is cooled, removed from the matrix, cleaned of binder residues, stained, and final acceptance is carried out.
После отверждени шва он окрашиваетс под цвет издели .Various products are assembled from the structures obtained in this way, which are interconnected by means of strips of fiberglass impregnated with adhesive, for example, based on ED-20 epoxy resin. After the seam has cured, it is painted to match the color of the product.
This method of manufacturing radiolucent multilayer structures with holes on the side faces of the honeycomb and places of gluing to the skin will prevent moisture accumulation, ensure its natural removal from
внутренних полостей сотового сло и вентил цию его в процессе эксплуатации, что в конечном результате обеспечит стабильность радиотехнических и физико-механи- ческих характеристик конструкций.internal cavities of the honeycomb layer and its ventilation during operation, which in the end result will ensure the stability of the radio-technical and physical-mechanical characteristics of the structures.
The use of warm air to purge the honeycomb layer will also prevent the formation of ice, snow cover, etc. on the surface, and thereby ensure the stability of the radio characteristics.
