The invention relates to equipment for the paint and varnish industry and can be used in the woodworking industry for applying paint and varnish materials to products.

The purpose of the invention is to improve safety and reduce material consumption when processing narrow planks.

Installation for applying coatings contains a chamber 1 with a closed conveyor 3 placed on the base 2 with lodges 4, 5 and 6 for installing workpieces, one (or more) sprayers 7, a collection of paint and varnish waste, air nozzles 9. Lodgements 4, 5 and 6 can be made in the form of a grid edged with elements 10. Air nozzles 9 are mounted on the walls of the chamber 1 and are placed in the course of the technological process behind the atomizer 7 and are directed towards the lodgements.

The installation is equipped with screens 11, each of which is installed under the corresponding tool tray. The lodgements 4,5, 6 can be made in the form of a convex-concave plate removable rotatable from the drive 12, forming conjugate links with adjacent lodgements (Figs. 2, 3). The drive rotation of the lodgment 4, 5 and 6 is mainly placed above the collector 8 of paint and varnish waste in the area of loading and unloading parts. The installation may be equipped with a discharge capacity 13.

Installation works as follows. Parts 14 enter the lodges 6, 5,4 and are conveyed by conveyor 3 into chamber 1. Sprayer 7 delivers the paint and varnish mass to the treatment zone (at an angle of / 3). Air nozzles 9 supply a stream of compressed air to

Installation for applying paint and varnish coatings, containing a chamber with a closed conveyor with lodges installed on the base for installing workpieces, placed in the chamber there is at least one spray gun and a collection of paint and varnish wastes, which, in order to improve safety and reduce material consumption during processing of narrow strips, equipped with air nozzles fixed in the chamber walls, placed during the technological process behind the spray gun and directed towards the lodgements, each of which is made in the form of the edged grid. 2.
