The inventive method for the treatment of suppurative necrotic lesions of hooves in animals, including mechanical cleaning of the hoof, removal of exfoliated horns of the hoof, excision of necrotic tissue, the application of periodically replaceable dressings with tar-based ointment, using iodicol-tar liniment, Diseases are changed once every 5-6 days, and additionally subcutaneously animals are injected three times with an interval of B 2-3 days anti-keratotoxic serum B at a dose of 0.2-0.4 units per 1 kg of live body weight.
Description
The invention relates to veterinary medicine, and in particular to methods of treating and preventing purulent-necrotic lesions of animal hooves, in particular in cattle.
Целью данного изобретени вл етс сокращение сроков лечени животных за счет повышени общей резистентности организма .An object of the present invention is to shorten the treatment time of animals by increasing the overall resistance of the organism.
A method for treating purulent-necrotic lesions of animal hooves is carried out as follows.
Применение сыворотки в больших дозах вызывает распад клеток и болезнь усугубл етс .In sick animals, for example cattle (cows), hooves are thoroughly mechanically cleaned: the hair is cut off around the ulcer, the necrotic deposit is removed from its surface with a tampon, and the skin gangrenous border is cut with scissors. The entire exfoliated horn of the hoof is then removed and dead tissue is excised. Light hygroscopic dressings impregnated with an iodinol-tar liniment are applied to the wound, and at the same time, anti-keratotoxic serum is administered subcutaneously to the animal. Dressings are changed after 5-6 days until complete clinical recovery. Anti-keratotoxic serum is administered at a dose of 0.2 unit of action per 1 kg of body weight three times with an interval of 2-3 days. The use of serum in large doses causes cell breakdown and the disease is exacerbated.
Iodinol-tar liniment consists of 45% iodinol containing 0.7-0.8 g / 100 ml of iodine, 5% tar birch tar and 50% fuse. Iodinol has a wide antiseptic effect and reduces the irritation of affected tissues. Birch tar has a disinfectant, insecticidal and local anesthetic effect. Fuse accelerates wound healing.
Antiseratotoxic serum is made according to the method for the manufacture of antireticular cytotoxic serum Bogomolets.
