Abstract
Полезная модель относится к области медицины, к специальности онкология. Цель создания полезной модели - сократить объем лимфореи у больных с диагнозом рак молочной железы после выполнения радикальной мастэктомии тем самым уменьшив длительность госпитализации, повысить удобство в фиксации и ношении, снизить частоту послеоперационных осложнений. Эта цель достигается тем, что устройство для фиксации кожно-жировых лоскутов после радикальной мастэктомии, состоящее из одного прямоугольного (1) и одного треугольного (2) ватно-марлевого валика, соединенных посредством ленточного, компрессионного, эластичного медицинского бинта (4) и выполненных с возможностью фиксированных к телу пациента посредством указанного бинта, прямоугольный валик имеет длину 200 мм, ширину 100 мм, равносторонний треугольный валик со стороной 150 мм, а наружная поверхность каждого валика снабжена петлей (3) для размещения бинта. Валики имеют скошенные стороны, а внутренняя поверхность валиков выполнена из нетканого абсорбирующего материала с возможностью замены, 1 ил.

Полезная модель относится к области медицины, к специальности онкология. Основным видом операции, выполняемым больным с диагнозом рак молочной железы является радикальная мастэктомия [1]. В результате данной операции возникает обширная послеоперационная рана, а выполняемая регионарная лимфодиссекция способствует длительной лимфореи. Для снижения объема лимфореи, за счет фиксации кожных лоскутов к грудной стенки и уменьшения числа послеоперационных осложнений возможно использовать валики, фиксированные эластичным бинтом к телу.The utility model relates to the field of medicine, to the specialty of oncology.
