Abstract

Consider now figure 1: the number 10 denotes a tie according to the first embodiment of the present utility model. A tie 10 is a strip of fabric or other flexible material that extends in a direction that is defined as “longitudinal” in this text. The tie has two ends opposite each other in the longitudinal direction: the first end 11, which is designated as the free end, and the second end 12, having one or more fastening means 20, 21.

The fastening means, which can be of several different types (described below), are arranged so as to form a closed loop (belt loop) 13 (figure 6), into which you can insert and stretch the first end 11. In the examples of figures 3 and 4, two loops and two buttons 4 are shown as fasteners. It is understood that the number of buttons and loops may differ from two and be, for example, one (figure 1), or three (figure 2), or four or more than four. It is not necessary that all the buttons are located on one edge, and all the loops on another, as in the example shown in figures 2-4. The sizes of the elements of the tie and the distance between them, as well as the materials forming the tie, cannot be considered as having a restrictive character. For example, the distance between the loops or buttons in the longitudinal direction may vary depending on the design requirements or the aesthetic effect that the worn tie should produce. In a similar way, the shape of the tie, which can be either straight or with a narrower part passing around the collar, does not form a sign with a restrictive character. The end of the end 11 may either have a sharp tip facing down, or intersect in the transverse or oblique direction. In addition, the distance in the transverse direction between each of the fasteners and the edging closest to them may vary depending on the needs.

The material the tie consists of can be any kind of fabric. You can use, for example, natural and / or synthetic fibers, materials (fabrics) from technical fibers, fabrics for sportswear, fabrics including fibers made by nanotechnology, fabrics containing inserts from precious metals, fabrics containing fibers that have undergone bioprocessing, ordinary fabrics, dyed organic fabrics, printed fabrics and combinations of these fabrics. As an alternative to fabrics, other materials may be used in the form of flexible webs, for example, natural or artificial leather or plastic materials.

The fabric can be: one-sided or two-sided, with several layers superimposed on each other, folded in the longitudinal direction in the middle one, two or more times.

As fastening means, the example from figure 5 shows two rows of loops 21 aligned longitudinally close to two edges 14, 15. Loops 21 are used to place the corresponding cufflinks G (or other fastening elements) that, when worn, can be seen from one side of the tie.

According to one embodiment, the fastening means may comprise Velcro® type hook-and-loop fasteners (FIGS. 9-12), preferably extending in the longitudinal direction, with a strip of hooks 23 and a strip of fleecy fabric 24, respectively an integral part of two edging 14, 15 tie. Two strips 23, 24 can be applied in the same way on the same side of the tie (as in the example shown in figure 9) or on two opposite sides, provided that they interact effectively by holding two opposite edges defining the channel 13, allowing you to gently hold a tie.

A combination of various fasteners is possible. For example, buttons can be applied for purely aesthetic purposes, leaving the real fastening function of Velcro fasteners invisible when fastened.

According to another embodiment (figures 13-16), the fastening means may comprise at least one pair, and preferably two or more pairs of fastener buttons 22 (or poussoir buttons).

In another embodiment (figures 17-20), the fastening means may include a zipper 27, preferably extending in the longitudinal direction and including two ribbons, preferably sewn to the respective hem 14 and 15.

According to another embodiment (figures 21-24), the fastening means may include a seam 26 that permanently connects the edges 14 and 15 and thus defines a channel 13. Preferably, the tie is worn with a seam facing the chest of the user.

According to one of the options (figures 25-28), the fastening means defining the channel 13 may include a sleeve element 25. The sleeve element 25 can be sewn either to one end 12 of the tie, or in any case to some point of the tie, so to set the length of the tie sufficient to complete a revolution around the collar of the shirt and allow the other end to pass through channel 13.

The sleeve element 25 can be made in the form of an elastic element (figures 29-32).

Although the examples illustrated in this document demonstrate a fastening (knotting) located close to the second end of the tie, this arrangement should be considered one of the possibilities. According to other embodiments (not shown), the mount may be located at some distance from the second end 12 of the tie, for example, in the direction of the middle of the tie. This other arrangement of fastening means may determine the presence of two ends hanging down in front of the chest of a person wearing a tie, like with ordinary ties that need to be tied.

Various elements and embodiments of a tie are described. It is understood that a combination of each embodiment with any other embodiment is possible.
