Abstract
2 с.п. ЁThe invention relates to the medical industry and can be used in medicine and sanitation. The goal is an increase in antimicrobial activity and a decrease in adhesive properties. The antimicrobial material has a base of natural fibers, predominantly cellulosic, impregnated with an antimicrobial preparation, and a method for preparing it includes impregnating the fibrous base with an antimicrobial solution, followed by drying and heat setting. Sangvirithin was chosen as the antimicrobial preparation, and the new method is the effect on the solution during the impregnation process with ultrasonic vibrations, as well as the choice of the corresponding ultrasonic field and the heat setting mode of the treated material. 2 sp.p. f-ly, 2 tab. Description
The invention relates to the medical industry and relates to the production of medical material.
The aim of the invention is to increase the antimicrobial activity and decrease the adhesive properties of the material to the surface of the wound.
The antimicrobial material contains a base of natural cellulose fibers and an antimicrobial preparation, while it contains sanguirythrin as an antimicrobial preparation.
A method for producing an antimicrobial material, which involves impregnation of the fibrous base with an antimicrobial solution, drying and heat setting, and characterized in that, in order to increase the service life by slowing the washing out of the antimicrobial preparation, the base is impregnated in an ultrasonic field with a power of 8 ... 12 W / cm2 during 5 ... 10 min and heat setting is carried out at a temperature of 130 ... 140 ° C for 20 ... 25 min.
В качестве материала волокнистой основы используют тканые и нетканые материалы из целлюлозных волокон, например, хлопковых, льн ных, вискозных или их смеси .As the material of the fibrous base, woven and non-woven materials are used from cellulose fibers, for example, cotton, linen, viscose, or a mixture thereof.
As an antimicrobial drug, sanguirythrin is used.
п.The material can be used in the form of tampons, napkins, dressings, as well as in the form of finished products such as bed linen, clothes, etc.
The material can be obtained as follows.

In the ultrasonic washing bath, an anodic solution of sanguirytrin is poured. The concentration of the grace of the solution is from 1.5 to 0.1 msec.%. Next, the required amount of base material is placed in the solution and ultrasonic vibrations are excited. The power of ultrasonic vibrations is set within 8 ... 12 W / cm2 at a frequency of 18.0 or 22.4 or 44.2 kHz (industrial frequency). The base material is impregnated for 5 ... min at a temperature of 20 .... 40 ° C. Then the base material is squeezed from the excess solution to a gain of 60.70%, dried at 60 ... 80 ° C to a moisture content of 6. 8% and then heat treated at 130 ... 140 ° C for 20 ... 25 minutes.
П р и м е р 1. EXAMPLE 1. A 1.5% solution of sanguirytrin is prepared and poured into a 1.5 L ultrasonic washing bath USU-0.25. Then 0.04 ml of linen tissue was placed in the bath and ultrasonic vibrations with a power of 12 W / cm were excited in the bath. The tissue is treated for IQ min, at a temperature of 30 ° C. Next, the fabric is compressed to a weight gain of 70% and dried at 80 ° C for 5 min in a stream of dry air to a residual moisture content of 8% and then heat and moisture for 25 minutes in dry air at a temperature of 140 ° C. A material is obtained with a sanguiryrin content of 1.05 May%.
Release properties were determined by normal peeling at a temperature of 25 ° C and peeling speed of 2.8-10-1 m / s.
