Abstract

The utility model relates to sanitary-hygienic equipment, namely, supporting devices for the use of enemas for irrigation of the intestine, and can be used for independent hydrocolonotherapy and other similar procedures. A support device for applying an enema includes a floor-mounted base (1) and an inclined backrest (2) connected to the base. At the base (1), an arched cutout (6) is made, which ensures that the base (1) is installed close to the toilet bowl (7). Description

Technical field

The utility model relates to sanitary-hygienic equipment, namely to supporting devices for the use of enemas for irrigation of the intestine, and can be used for independent hydrocolonotherapy and other similar procedures at home.

State of the art

The use of an enema at home may be necessary to relieve constipation or to cleanse the intestines for hygienic purposes. Usually, when the procedure is carried out independently, users kneel or lie on their backs. In such positions it is very difficult to relax in order to perform a good cleaning. In addition, a significant drawback of a home enema is the leakage of an enema or feces solution, which creates the need for cleaning and disinfecting the floor after each use.

Thus, it is advisable to use devices to maintain the user in a reclining position (Fowler position) for a comfortable and hygienic use of an enema.

Most commercially available colon colon hydrotherapy devices are intended for professional use by licensed hydrotherapists.

However, there are supporting devices for home use.

In particular, in US design patents USD282781S, 02.25.1986, USD367705, 03.03.1996 and USD264881, 08.06.1982, similar designs of supporting devices in the form of a plastic board with a hole for removing waste are proposed. When using the device, one end rests on the toilet, and the other on the chair. In this design, the chair cannot provide stable support to the user in an inclined position, while the waste is removed directly on the surface of the device, which requires sanitation (cleaning and disinfection) of the board after each use. In addition, the design does not have sufficient versatility, since the board is too long to fit in a small toilet.

In US patent US4628554, 12.16.1986, a similar design is proposed, however, the board is equipped with support legs. The design has similar disadvantages.

In the publication of US application US20060247604 A1, 02/02/2016 a support device is disclosed, which is a chair with an inclined back for connection to a toilet bowl. The chair has a hole for drainage waste. The disadvantage of the device is the need for sanitization after each use.

The closest analogue of the considered solution is a supporting device for the use of enemas, described in the publication of the application of international application WO2007005539, 01/11/2007. The device has a flat base with a support leg and an inclined backrest. One edge of the base is supported by the foot, and the other rests on the toilet. At the same time, a hole for removing waste is also made in the base. Like other analogues, this device does not have sufficient hygiene during operation, since it requires sanitation after each use. In addition, the device is not reliable enough due to its low stability.

Utility Model Disclosure

The objective of the claimed utility model is to create a supporting device for hygienic procedures using an enema, which allows you to remove waste directly into the toilet.

The technical result of the utility model is to increase the hygiene of using the device.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the supporting device for the use of an enema contains a floor-mounted base and an inclined backrest connected to the base, characterized in that the base has an arcuate notch that allows the base to be installed close to the toilet, while the device includes a fixing means, preventing the movement of the base relative to the toilet.

In addition, according to private options for implementing the utility model:

- the fixing means can be made in the form of a belt for attaching the base to the toilet or to the wall;

- fixing means can be made in the form of suction cups for attaching the base to the floor;

- the back is connected to the base by means of a swivel, while the base has means for fixing the back in various angular positions;

- the base includes a frame, mounted on the frame of the legs, and mounted on the frame of the base plate, while said arcuate cut is made in the base plate;

- the legs of the base can be made folding;

- the legs of the base can be made adjustable in height.

In contrast to the known analogues, the design of the claimed device provides for the possibility of removing waste directly into the toilet without contact with structural elements, which is achieved by making an arcuate notch of the base. At the same time, the presence of fixing means preventing the base from moving relative to the toilet bowl eliminates the possibility of waste leakage past the toilet bowl when using the device.

Thus, the entire set of features of the utility model provides the achievement of the above technical result, which consists in increasing the hygiene of the use of the device.

These particular cases of the implementation of the utility model are also aimed at achieving this technical result. However, they are not the only possible forms of embodiment of the proposed design, but show the most preferred, from the point of view of this result, options.

Utility Model Implementation

The proposed device design is designed to hold the user in the Fowler position during the use of the enema.

The device comprises a base (1) and an inclined backrest (2) connected to the base. The base preferably comprises a frame (3), four support legs (4) fixed to the frame and a horizontal support plate (5) located on the frame (see Figs. 1 and 2).

The base plate (5) has an arcuate (U-shaped) cutout (6) that allows you to install the base (1) close to the toilet bowl (7) so that the protruding rounded part of the toilet bowl enters the said cutout (6) with the formation of a single supporting surface for user posting.

The backrest (2) is attached to the frame (3) of the base (1) behind the base plate (5), preferably by means of a hinge formed, for example, by loop elements (8). At the same time, means are provided for fixing the back in various angular positions. These fixing means can be made, for example, in the form of two strips (9), one end of which is pivotally connected to the backrest (2), and the other is placed in a latch (10) mounted on the frame (3), which has many holes for changing the backrest inclination .

  For ease of operation of the device legs (4) of the base (1) can be made folding. For this, they can be connected to the frame (3) by means of hinged fasteners (11), which ensure folding of the legs (4) inside the frame (3) (see Fig. 3). In addition, in order to increase the versatility of using the device with various toilets, the legs (3) can be made height-adjustable (not shown in the drawings).

The design of the device also provides locking means that impede the movement of the base relative to the toilet. The specified fixing means may be various structural elements that provide fastening of the base to a fixed support (toilet bowl, floor wall, etc.).

In one embodiment of the utility model, the fixing means is an adjustable strap (12) that can be attached to the toilet bowl (7) (Fig. 4,5) or to the baseboard (13) in the bathroom (Fig. 6,7). In this case, the other end of the belt is fixed on the lower part of the frame (3) by means of a fixing ring (15)

In another embodiment of the utility model, the fixing means is suction cups (14) located on the legs (4) for attaching the base (1) to the floor (see Fig. 8.9).

The elements of the device can be made of any suitable materials, including, without limitation, wood, plastic, metal (alloy), etc. or a combination thereof.

The device is used as follows.

The base of the device is installed close to the toilet in such a way that the toilet, base plate and backs form a single surface to accommodate the user. The base is fixed in the indicated position by one of the fixing elements mentioned above.

Then the user sits on the toilet facing him, resting his feet on the floor, and his back on the inclined back of the device (Fig. 10). In this case, the user can choose a tilt angle convenient for him. In this position, the user can easily enter and remove the enema nozzle. In this case, all waste during the procedure is removed directly into the toilet, without contacting the elements of the device.

Thus, the use of the claimed device allows the user to remain in a comfortable position during the procedure when evacuating waste directly to the toilet without the risk of leakage.

The use of an enema at home can be an alternative to colon hydrotherapy in medical institutions, since it is a more comfortable and cheaper procedure.

The design of the proposed device has simplicity, versatility and reliability, which allows the device to be used by users of various complexities.

A supporting device for the use of an enema, comprising a floor-mounted base (1) and an inclined backrest (2) connected to the base, characterized in that an arcuate notch (6) is made in the base (1), which ensures that the base (1) is installed close to the toilet (7), while the device includes a fixing means, preventing the movement of the base relative to the toilet. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means is made in the form of a belt (12) for attaching the base (1) to the toilet bowl (7). 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means is made in the form of a belt (12) for attaching the base to the wall. 4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means is made in the form of suction cups (14) for attaching the base to the floor. 5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the back (2) is connected to the base by means of a swivel (8), while at the base there are means (9,10) for fixing the back (2) in various angular positions. 6.
