Цель изобретени  - расширение функциональных возможностей за счет обеспечени  не только дискретного, но и плавного изменени  частот и амплитуд на- гружени . Установка содержит основание 1, установленные на нем два соосных захвата 10 и 12 образца 11 при помощи узла 5 креплени  одного захвата, имеющего возможность перемещени  со стойкой 13 вдол.ь оси образца и узла передачи нагрузки, выполненного в виде нагружающей головки 4, на которой закреплен второй захват, состо щий из коаксиально расположенных стаканов 6 с установленными между ними подшипниками 7 качени . Каждый стакан оснащен штангой 8 с закрепленным на ней с возможностью перемещени  и фиксации грузом 9. Дл  приведени  установки в действие стаканы снабжены дополнительными приводами, св занными через раздаточную коробку 3 скоростей с электродвигателем 2, плавно измен ющим частоту вращени . Стаканы, вращаемые с определенными угловыми скорост ми от раздаточной коробки , посредством дополнительных приводов привод т в движение соответствующие им грузы, которые нагружают образец и создают круговой изгибающий момент по симметричному или асимметричному циклу, в зависимости от заданного соотношени  частот-нагружени . Одночастотное нагруже- ние асимметричного цикла получают при вращении одного стакана с грузом, за счет усили  Р от устанавливаемых грузов необходимого веса, на штангах неподвижных стаканов . Дл  симметричного цикла эти грузы отсутствуют. Аналогично исНытани  можно проводить при Двух- и многочастотном движении .
