Abstract
The invention can be used in the textile industry, in particular for feeding genie. An object of the invention is to increase nutritional uniformity. This is achieved by providing a feeder comprising a pair of feed rollers installed in the shaft, consisting of coaxially mounted successive elements, and means for communicating these elements with different peripheral speeds. The middle elements are mounted on the shaft, and the extreme ones are mounted on the bushings and are able to rotate independently of the middle ones. The peripheral speed of the edge elements is 8-10% higher than that of the middle ones, and their length is 8-10% of the shaft length. By improving the uniformity of power supply, the fiber machine performance is increased by 10-12% while maintaining quality. 2 ill. ate
Description
The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used to power ginning machines, such as gins.
The purpose of the invention is to increase nutritional uniformity.
1.Figure 1 shows a feeder of fibrous material; figure 2 is a section aa in figure 1.
Элементы 3 и 4 питающих валиков могут быть планчатыми, колковыми или иной конструкции .The feeder consists of shaft 1 and feed rollers 2. The feed rollers are made of coaxially mounted successive elements 3 and 4. Elements 3 are mounted on the shaft motionless. Elements 4 are mounted on bushings and can rotate relative to the shaft. Their length is 8-10% of the shaft length. The means 5 for rotating elements 3 and 4, consisting of a system of gears with a speed variator 6, allows them to rotate at different peripheral speeds, and the speed of the extreme elements 4 is 8-10% higher than the speed of the middle elements 3. Elements 3 and 4 feed rollers can be strip, peg or other design.
The feeder operates as follows.
00The fibrous material from the shaft 1 is captured by the feed rollers 2 and fed into the fiber processing machine. Due to the fact that the extreme elements of the 4 feed rollers have a speed of 8-10% higher than their middle elements 3,

Трение волокнистого материала о торцевые стенки шахты компенсируетс повышенной скоростью вращени крайних элементов 4 питающих валиков 2, что позвол ет сохранить равномерное количество материала по длине питающих валиков.feeds of columns of fibrous material adjacent to the ends of the shaft into a production machine are desirable. The friction of the fibrous material against the end walls of the shaft is compensated by the increased rotation speed of the end elements 4 of the feed rollers 2, which allows to maintain an even amount of material along the length of the feed rollers.
The proposed feeder provides a more uniform feed of material into the processing machine, which contributes to a more efficient further processing of the fiber.
By increasing the uniformity of power, the performance of the fiber processing machine is increased.
