Description
The invention relates to the field of disinfection and can be used in medicine, as well as in various industries.
Цель изобретени - создание дезинфицирующей композиции, обладающий эффективностью , не уступающей составам с 0,05%-ным раствором декаметоксина, но имеющей, меньшую себестоимость (повышение , экономичности дезинфекции и обеззараживани ).The purpose of the invention is the creation of a disinfectant composition having an efficiency not inferior to compositions with a 0.05% decamethoxin solution, but having a lower cost (increase, the cost of disinfection and disinfection).
The goal is achieved in that an aqueous solution of decamethoxin (0.025-0.45%) is used in combination with lactic acid (or sodium lactate) potentiating its activity against microorganisms of different taxonomic groups. Lactic acid is used in doses of 0.005-1%, at the same doses (0.005-1%) can be used. sodium lactate. Note that the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of lactic acid and sodium lactate to study
5-10%.T bacteria and fungi (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, intracoids, candida) was 5-10%.
4.5- 9,5.Table 1 presents data on the sensitivity of microorganisms to decamethoxin in the presence of 0.001-1% lactic acid. According to research results, lactic acid in the concentration range 0.005-1% potentiated the antimicrobial activity of decamethoxin. Further experiments showed that potentiation was observed in the pH range 4.5-9.5.
In a separate series of experiments, the effectiveness of disinfecting instruments and equipment with compositions containing 0.001-1% lactic acid (0.001-1% sodium lactate) and 0.025-0.45% decamethoxin (Table 2) was studied. Otolaryngological tests were used as test objects instruments contaminated with a mixture of pseudomonads, anthracoids and candida of 10 colony forming units of microorganisms of each species in 1 ml of a mixture in which the instruments were incubated for 30 min at

Учитывали также первичные результаты роста микроорганизмов и м со- пептонном бульоне с глюкозой и мылом (по: мазку и изменению мутности бульона).room temperature), as well as a fiber endoscope contaminated with the same suspension by the same procedure, as well as samples of glass and tile blocks. As a control, a solution containing 0.5% decamethoxin (aqueous preparation), as well as water without decamethoxin, was used. After incubation for a certain time in disinfectant solutions or controls, they were incubated in a nutrient solution containing a suitable broth with 1% glucose and 1% ordinary soap solution (a neutralizer of cationic antiseptics, including decamethoxin) at 37 ° C for 24 h and sowing was performed on m-peptone agar and Saburo agar medium. After incubation for 48 hours on these media, the results of inoculation were recorded. The primary results of the growth of microorganisms and the sopeptone broth with glucose and soap were also taken into account (by: smear and change in broth turbidity).
Таким образом, разработанные декаметоксин- и молочную кислоту; содержащие дезинфектанты (а также препараты с декаметоксином и лактатом натри ) не уступают по антимикробной активности прототипу, однако в их составе используетс меньшее количество декаметоксина, а значит, они более дешевы (табл.3).The results of the studies showed that combinations of 0.025-0.45% decamethoxin with 0.005-1% lactic acid or sodium lactate can achieve effective sterilization of instruments and equipment, as well as other test objects (glass, tile) at the same time (1 -5 min), as the prototype is an aqueous 0.5% decamethoxin solution. Thus, developed decamethoxine and lactic acid; containing disinfectants (as well as preparations with decamethoxin and sodium lactate) are not inferior in antimicrobial activity to the prototype, however, they contain less decamethoxin, which means they are cheaper (Table 3).
Thus, the use of 0.025-0.45% decamethoxin solutions in combination with 0.005-1% lactic acid or sodium lactate gives a sterilizing effect similar to a 0.5% decamethoxin solution. The use of smaller doses of milk to-you or lactate is not justified, since it does not give a potentiating effect (Table 1), large ones are not justified from an economic point of view (does not give a significant increase in the sterilizing effect), The use of doses of decamethoxin less than 0.025% (0.0125% ) is accompanied by a decrease in the effectiveness of disinfection.
Thus, the use of lactic acid (or sodium lactate) in doses of 0.005-1% in combination with 0.025-0.45% decamethoxin not only ensures the effectiveness of sterilization and disinfection of instrumentation equipment, equal to the efficiency achieved with the use of 0.5% aqueous a solution of decamethoxin, but also allows to reduce the cost of disinfection from 5.00 rubles when using the prototype to 0.29 -4.5002 rubles when using the present invention. When using 1000 liters of composition save, thus

Thus, on the basis of the studies, it was proposed to use water-based tools and equipment for disinfection
