Description
Utility model made of composite polymer 4-layer polyethylene-polyamide material of increased strength and material with an organosilicon coating, which allows to increase the protection of the skin of personnel from toxic substances, radioactive dust and biological aerosols, as well as reduce the infection of uniforms, equipment and shoes.
The utility model relates to personal protective equipment of an insulating skin type.
The need to develop lightweight protective stockings is caused by the fact that existing personal protective equipment of an insulating skin type does not meet the requirements for weight and size requirements set by the customer, which determine the weight of the entire complex of personal protective equipment against weapons of mass destruction as part of a military individual’s combat personal equipment set of not more than 2.5 kg .
и габаритные характеристики (объем в укладке 8,2 дм3).Known protective stockings that make up the combined-arms protective kit manufactured by CJSC Sewing Factory Slavyanskaya, published on the website http://www.slavynca.ru, which is designed to protect the skin of personnel from toxic substances (OV), radioactive dust (RP) and bacteriological aerosols (BA), as well as to reduce the infection of uniforms, equipment, shoes and individual weapons. The OZK kit can be made of rubberized fabric BTsK, BTs-UT, T-15 or UNKL - 1, UNKL - 3 and consists of a protective coat OP - 1M, protective stockings and protective gloves BL - 1. The disadvantage of this kit is its large mass (about 3.5 kg.) And overall characteristics (laying volume 8.2 dm 3 ).
The technical result, which is directed to a utility model, is to improve the overall dimensions of the means of individual skin protection of an insulating type.
The technical result is achieved by reducing the mass and volume in the laying of protective stockings lightweight in comparison with existing analogues.
This is achieved by the fact that lightweight protective stockings are made of a four-layer composite polymer film material consisting of a PA-6 grade polyamide barrier film, 15 microns thick, located in the outer layer of the composite, providing protective properties for the oriented film of low density polyethylene, grade 16602, thickness 20 μm, providing strength properties of the material located in the second layer, placed in the third layer of the barrier film of polyamide grade PA-6, 15 μm thick, to increase the protective power on the composite as a whole and low-density polyethylene film of grade 16602, 20 microns thick, located in the closing layer to ensure weldability of the seams, as well as to give (if necessary) a masking color to the composite material. The thickness of the four-layer composite polymer film material is 60 ± 5 μm, density 65 g / m 2 . The location of the polymers in this combination and proportions allows to increase the time of the protective action of the material from OM to 24 hours, which is 4 times longer compared to the materials from which modern SIZK IT is made, while simultaneously reducing the weight of the protective stockings lightened to 120 g.
Welding of seams of lightweight protective stocking elements is carried out by thermal duplication with an
Protective stockings are lightweight (pos. 1 of Fig. 1), knee-length, gathered at the top for elastic braid (pos. 2 of Fig. 1), three-dimensional in shape for easy putting on shoes. The lower part of the shoe covers is made in the form of galoshes (
An important advantage of the utility model is the maximum combination with the elements of a military personal equipment kit.
A design, material, and method of manufacturing protective stockings lightweight as a promising means of individual protection of the skin of an insulating type instead of the protective stockings included in the composition of the OZK are proposed.
The technical solution is proposed to develop a promising means of individual protection of the skin of an insulating type as part of a modern complex of personal protective equipment against weapons of mass destruction of a military man.
Due to the low cost of the composite material and the production of lightweight protective stockings, a single combat use is proposed without special processing.
