Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to offshore drilling rigs. Known PBUs with retractable support columns have the following disadvantages: the presence of a powerful drive for lifting the pontoon above water, respectively, increased stiffness of the pontoon and the power of the support columns. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the PBU, consisting of a pontoon, a drilling site, and retractable support columns. Due to the presence of guide pillars on the pontoon when extending the support columns until it contacts the bottom and the pontoon is flooded, the weight of the drilling platform passes to the support columns and it remains above the water, having a constant clearance above the water, which eliminates the powerful drive needed to raise the pontoon above water, reduce the stiffness of the pontoon and the power of the support columns. The invention improves the efficiency of the PBU and reduces the energy consumption for its installation. 1 C.p. f-ls, 8 ill.
Description
The invention relates to techniques for marine engineering and geological research and can be used when drilling wells in the coastal zone.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational efficiency of a drilling rig and to reduce energy consumption for setting it to a point.
Figure 1 shows the rig; figure 2 is the same side view; Fig. 3 - Design of a mechanical stopper; figure 4-8 is the installation cycle.
15. The drilling rig consists of a surface platform 1 with drilling equipment, which is freely supported by a pontoon made in the form of a catamaran 2, retractable support columns 3 with a cable block system 4 and a rope guiding drum 5. The catamaran consists of two pontoons 6 connected by traverses 7 The pontoons have guiding support pedestals 8, supporting legs 9, kingstones 10 with a remote closing mechanism 11. Inside the pontoons, submersible pumps 12 are built in to pump out water upon ascent. There are mechanical stoppers 13 for fixing the relative position of the surface of the surface of the well and the support columns 13. For the support of the support columns and the flooded pontoon, floating wedges are available 14. Links 15 are provided to secure the drilling site to the catamaran.
The operation of the rig is as follows.

15.Fig. 4. In the initial position above the drilling point, the platform 1 freely rests on the guide pedestals 8 of the pontoon b, the support columns 3 are in the upper position and are fixed in the guides of the drilling platform by a stop 13. The platform with the catamaran 2 is connected by links 15.
Figure 5. The links 15 are unfastened, the stopper 13 is pulled out, with the help of the handles of the traction drums 5, the support columns are lowered to the ground and again fixed with stoppers. Having opened the guckstones 10 and flood the pontoons 6, which, sliding along the support columns 3, sink to the bottom, standing on the support legs 9, floating wedge clamps 14, lowering, fix the support column 3 in the support column 8 of the pontoon b.,
6. All drilling operations are carried out.
1.7. Using remote control 11, close the keystone of Kingston 10. Turn on the submersible pumps 12 and pump out water from the pontoons 6. which float and take the drilling platform 1.
Fig. 8. The stopper 13 is removed, the support columns Sv are raised to the upper position with the aid of the handle of the traction drum 5 and the cable block system 4 and fixed with the stopper 13. Fix the drilling platform 1 to the catamaran 2 by ties 15. The cycle is completed. Thus, the application in the installation is freely supported by pedestals of the pontoon of the drilling site, sliding support columns, flooded pontoons, allows you to install the drilling rig with a lower power drive, increase
устойчивость при бурении, сохранить устойчивость при всплытии, что повышает надежность работы плавучей буровой установки.stability during drilling, to maintain stability during ascent, which increases the reliability of the floating drilling rig.
