The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the measurement of backscatter coefficient.
The implementation diagram of the method is presented in the drawing.
Дл величин эхо-сигналов из точки г можно записать следующие выражени :The method is carried out as follows. Monostatic light locators 1 and 2 are located at the ends of the path on which the studied point r is located, which measure the echo signals (backscattering signals) received from point g irradiated alternately from opposite directions by the radiating devices of locators 1 and 2 For the echo values from point g, the following expressions can be written:
P(Ro. r)A2P02 Од(г)ехр{-2 fRo e(r)dr). (1)P (Ro. R) A2P02 Au (g) exp (-2 fRo e (r) dr). (1)

The value of the signal transmitted through the studied route, detected by the locator 2, when sending its locator 1 can be written as follows:

Accordingly, when sending radiation by the locator 2, the magnitude of the signal recorded by the locator 1 is equal to:
P(Ri,Ro)AiPo2exp{- .P (Ri, Ro) AiPo2exp {-.
The products (1) on (2) and (3) on (4) are equal to:

20Substituting in (5) instead of AiA2P0iPo2expx e (r) dr} their value from (6), equal to P (R0, Ri,) P (Ri, Ro), we obtain: 20

чений (а значит, устойчив к их разбросу), и определ етс только величиной сигналов обратного рассе ни от исследуемой точки г и сигналов, прошедших через трассу между локаторами , и не требует учета полного ослаблени излучени (прозрачности) трассы зондировани между локаторами 1 и 2, как в прототипе, что, в свою очередь, исключает погрешности в определении с/ (г) за счет этого.of measurements (and, therefore, it is resistant to scatter), and is determined only by the magnitude of the backscattering signals from the studied point r and the signals passing through the path between the locators, and does not require taking into account the complete attenuation of the radiation (transparency) of the sounding path between the locators 1 and 2 , as in the prototype, which, in turn, eliminates errors in the determination of s / (g) due to this.
