Abstract
Usage: agriculture, plant protection, in particular cabbage, from bacterial diseases. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: Cabbage seeds are hydrothermally treated, then treated with a suspension of the bacterial strain Pseudomonas sp. VKPM B-3481 at a concentration of 106-109 cells / ml, seeded in a greenhouse. Before planting in the field, the root system of the cabbage seedlings is treated again with a bacterial suspension of the above strain, and then in the head formation phase. Treatment with a bacterial suspension reduces cabbage disease by vascular and mucous bacteriosis by 13 times. 1 tab.

СWITH
The invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used to protect cultivated plants, in particular cabbage, from bacterial diseases.
100%.Cabbage is affected by numerous microorganisms, among which pathogens of vascular and mucous bacterioses are of great importance. Loss of uroho from these diseases can reach 100%.
Known methods for protecting cabbage from bacterioses are by treating the seeds with TMTD and phytolavin-Yu.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed method is hydrothermal treatment, which consists in immersing seeds in water at a temperature of 50 ° C for 30 minutes.
Общий недостаток известных способов антибактериальной обработки сем н капусты , включа прототип (гйдротермическуюA common disadvantage of known methods of antibacterial treatment of seeds of cabbage, including the prototype (hydrothermal
обработку) состоит в том, что они не обеспечивают защиту проростков, а в дальнейшем - растений от внешней инфекции, передающейс через растительные остатки, почву, сорн ки и насекомых.treatment) consists in the fact that they do not protect the seedlings, and subsequently the plants from external infection transmitted through plant debris, soil, weeds and insects.
The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of protecting cabbage from bacteriosis by suppressing external infection.
Указанна цель достигаетс использованием суспензии клеток бактериального штамма Pseudomonas sp. AP33 (депонирован в ВКПМ при ВНИИ генетика под N В-3481) в концентрации 10 -109 клеток/мл дл обработки сем н после предварительной гидротермйческой обработки корневой системы рассады перед высадкой в открытый грунт и опрыскивани растений в фазе кочанообразовани .This goal is achieved using a suspension of cells of the bacterial strain Pseudomonas sp. AP33 (deposited in VKPM at the All-Russian Research Institute of Genetics under No. B-3481) at a concentration of 10 -109 cells / ml for seed treatment after preliminary hydrothermal treatment of the root system of seedlings before planting in open ground and spraying plants in the phase of head formation.

At the same time, bacteria of this strain, which possess strong colonizing ability, multiply on the surface of plants and inhibit the development of pathogens of vascular and mucous bacterioses due to the synthesis of siderophores.
Использование концентрации суспензии менее 106 клеток/мл ведет к снижению эффекта, а увеличение концентрации свыше 109 клеток/мл не приводит к увеличению эффективности защитного действи .The use of a suspension concentration of less than 106 cells / ml leads to a decrease in the effect, and an increase in concentration above 109 cells / ml does not increase the effectiveness of the protective effect.
Example. After hydrothermal treatment, cabbage seeds were treated with a bacterial suspension of the strain Pseudomonas sp. AP33 at a concentration of 109 cells / ml at a rate of 20 ml per 1 kg of seed and immediately sown in a film greenhouse. Before planting in the field, the root system was treated in a bacterial suspension with a concentration of 107 cells / ml. In the head formation phase, plants were sprayed with a bacterial suspension of Pseudomonas sp. ARZZ with a concentration of 106 cells / ml. In other embodiments, the seeds were hydrothermally treated with phytoavin-100 and left untreated.
