The invention relates to medicine, in particular to allergology. The goal is to increase the effectiveness of treatment. For this, a histoglobulin preparation containing 0.6 ml of gamma globulin and 0.0002 mg of histamine in 1 ml is administered subcutaneously every other day from an initial dose of 0.2 ml to 0.8 ml, increasing the dose by 0.2 ml, then two days later on the third to 1.8 ml, after which four days later on the fifth, 2.0 ml are administered - ten injections. The method was tested in tens of thousands of patients in medical institutions of the Krasnodar Territory. Thanks to the use of the method, it was possible to increase the frequency of remission or clinical recovery by a factor of 2–3 with food allergies, neurodermatitis, urticaria, Quincke's edema, allergic rhinosinusitis.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to allergology.
The goal is to increase the effectiveness of treatment.
The method is carried out as follows. To prepare the histaglobulin preparation, b ml of an ampoule 10% solution of placental gammaglobulin and 2 ml of a 0.01% histamine dihydrochloride solution are successively added to a vial of 992 ml of sterile physiological saline. After mixing the preparation under sterile conditions, the vial is dispensed with an AN-2 dispenser. Sterility is checked on sugar broth for 8 days. Shelf life of the drug is 1 year at a temperature of +2 - + 6 ° C. The patient is injected with the prepared histaglobulin preparation subcutaneously every other day from an initial dose of 0.2 ml to 0.8 ml, increasing the dose by 0.2 ml, then after 2 days on the third to 1.8 ml, after which it is administered four days later fifth, 2.0 ml of ten injections.
Examples of specific implementation of the method.
Example 1.
