Description
The invention relates to construction and can be used for the manufacture of multilayer panels and shells.
A three-layer honeycomb core construction is known. The cellular aggregate is made of a continuous sheet with hollow protrusions formed on it in the form of truncated polyhedral pyramids arranged in the form of intersecting in three directions at an angle of 60 ° rows, and the geometric dimensions of the protrusions in adjacent rows are different.
The formation of such a structure is difficult, since the material on both sides of the conditionally midline filler is not balanced, as is the case in regular cellular structures, where hollow protrusions are made on both sides of the conditionally midline of the sheet. On flat sections of the structure unnecessary folds occur, necessary
When gluing such a filler, non-gluing or weakly bonded areas are formed in places where its flat portions adjoin the skin. This is due to the varying stiffness of the portions of the honeycomb and the rows of protrusions and flat portions between these rows. Doubling the material at the places of gluing flat sections to the skin leads to its irrational use. Such a filler does not provide uniform mechanical properties, because due to the different form of contact with the skin, it connects to them and reinforces them differently.
Closest to the proposed design is a honeycomb panel consisting of outer skin and a filler formed by intersecting corrugations.

ванными полосами, соединенными между собой в местах контакта.bathtubs interconnected at the contact points.
Before installing a filler of such a panel between the claddings, it is necessary to fix the position of the intersecting corrugated strips by gluing at the contact points. This complicates the assembly of the aggregate and the panel as a whole. When gluing contact points, uneven pads are formed, due to which necrosis may occur when gluing the filler with the skin. In fact, corrugated strips of one direction are glued to one cladding, which impairs the strength of the joint between the filler and the claddings. At a large distance of 15 between the claddings, due to the instability of the filler at the vertices of the corrugations of the intersecting corrugated strips, the shear characteristics of the panel deteriorate When corrugated strips stack 20 in steps not equal to the corrugation step, but a multiple of it, for example, through the corrugation, through two, etc., the intermediate corrugations turn out to be unsupported, which affects the strength of the panel when zha- 25 TII, t. k. the corrugations unsupported unstable. The aim of the invention is to simplify the manufacturing technology of the panel and improve its mechanical properties by tightening the contact points of the corrugated 30 filler strips with the skin.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the cellular panel, consisting of the outer casing and the filler, formed by intersecting corrugated strips 35, - interconnected and with the casing on the tops of the corrugations, the corrugations of the filler strips are made in the form of hollow protrusions having the shape of truncated figures . Hollow protrusions can be made 40 bilateral, and the upper bases of adjacent protrusions are attached to different skins. Hollow protrusions in the form of truncated figures can be made one-sided for the whole. the height of the filler, with 45 of their upper bases attached to one V of the skin, and to the other, flat portions of the strips between the bases of the protrusions.
In FIG. 1 shows a fragment of a panel with 50 placeholder of the proposed design in a perspective view; in FIG. 2 is a knot of intersection of corrugated strips with bilateral corrugations in the form of hollow protrusions having the shape of truncated cones in a perspective view; in Fig. 55 3 - corrugated strip with corrugations in the form of truncated cones made on one side of the corrugated strip to the entire height of the filler in a perspective view; in FIG. 4 - axonometric corrugated strip with

6.The honeycomb panel consists of claddings 1, 2 and a honeycomb core formed by intersecting corrugated strips with corrugations in the form of hollow protrusions having the shape of truncated figures, for example, a truncated cone. The protrusions can be two-sided 3, while adjacent protrusions are attached to their different casing with their upper bases. Hollow protrusions having the shape of truncated cones 4 or truncated pyramids 5 can also be made unilateral to the entire height of the filler. In this case, their upper bases are attached to one of the casing 1, while to the other casing 2 are attached flat sections of strips between the bases of the protrusions on which jumpers 6 can be made.
A blank panel with a size of 1000 x 1000 mm2 was made, the casing and the middle layer were made of fiberglass based on NP-500 fabric and binder UP 2127. Corrugated strips were molded using a mold from a 50 mm wide fiberglass strip. After forming, the strip width became equal to 25 mm, height - 27 mm. The corrugation pitch was 42 mm; the diameter of the upper bases of the corrugations-protrusions in the form of truncated cones was 20 mm. The fabricated corrugated strips were assembled as shown in FIG. 2 with a pitch of 125 mm so that between the intersection points there are two free corrugations. The skin had a thickness of 2.4 mm (3 layer fabric NP-500). Gluing of the filler with sheathing was carried out with cold-cured adhesive D-9A mixed with gypsum. To avoid irregularities that occur on the surfaces of the skin due to doubling of material at the contact points of the upper bases of the protrusions in the form of truncated figures, the upper bases adjacent to the skin are cut. The proposed solution simplifies the assembly of aggregate and the entire panel. There is no need to pre-fix by gluing the position of the intersecting corrugated strips of which the aggregate is composed. The implementation of the corrugations in the form of hollow protrusions having the shape of truncated figures provides toughening of the contact points of the corrugated strips, since the contact is made not only to the flat tops of the corrugations, as in the prototype, but also along the lateral surface of the truncated corrugated figures.
The proposed solution also provides selective reinforcement. When assembling aggregate corrugated strip
можно располагать с различным шагом, кратным шагу гофрировани полосы и под различными углами, ужесточа лишь необходимые участки и облегча панель.can be arranged in various steps, a multiple of the corrugation step of the strip and at various angles, tightening only the necessary areas and facilitating the panel.
