СWITH
д.The invention relates to chemical technology and can be used in contact devices used in mass transfer apparatus for absorption, desorption, rectification, etc.
Contact devices of the type of regular nozzles are known which are characterized by the use of horizontal solid or perforated shelves in them for liquid drainage. The contact between the vapor and the liquid in these devices is carried out both during the movement of the liquid along the shelves and during its cascade falling from the shelf to the shelf.
The disadvantage of these devices is the relatively high consumption of materials, as well as the need for accurate installation of horizontal shelves, since even with the slightest deviation from the horizontal position, the uniform distribution of liquid over
поверхности полок и, соответственно снижаетс эффективность массообмена.the surface of the shelves and, accordingly, the mass transfer efficiency is reduced.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed device is a nozzle selected as a prototype, which is horizontally arranged sheets with round holes arranged one above the other. Tubes are mounted flush with the upper surface of the sheet openings to form gaps between their lower end and the surface below the adjacent adjacent sheet.
The surface of the nozzles serves to form a liquid film on them and is an additional contact surface.
The disadvantage of the prototype is the high material consumption and considerable laboriousness of manufacture, in addition, this design also requires strict

ризонтальность полок, так как в противном случае нарушаетс равномерность распределени жидкости по полкам и, как следствие , снижаетс эффективность массопередачи.the horizontalness of the shelves, since otherwise the uniform distribution of liquid on the shelves is violated and, as a result, the mass transfer efficiency is reduced.
The aim of the invention is to increase efficiency by increasing the contact zone and reducing metal consumption.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the inventive regular nozzle containing regularly arranged sheets with holes for the flow of gas and liquid, each sheet of the nozzle is made with flanged holes and is provided with an additional rigidly connected with it and located directly under the holes a contact surface made in the form of flanged bottoms from the cutouts of a sheet of upstream holes, said bottoms being fixed to the sheet by means of strips formed by deep drawing of the sheet material and Being additional inclined contact surfaces.

The regular nozzle for mass transfer apparatus comprises horizontally arranged shelves in the form of sheets 1 with openings 2 for the passage of gas and liquid. Under each hole, plates 3 with flanged edges 4 are rigidly mounted parallel to the sheets 1. The plates 3 are fixed to the sheets 1 by means of strips 5. The plates 3 and strips 5 are, respectively, cuts and lintels from the material of sheet 1, followed by drawing out the jumpers to form strips 5 and stamping flanged surfaces of the plates 3, which form a cup-shaped
