The apparatus for processing finely dispersed material in the flow of an air mixture contains a loading device 1, a material sprayer 2, a separation cyclone 3, a fan 4 and a classification device 5, including a vertical pipe 6 equipped with a confuser 7 and a diffuser 8 connected respectively to the nozzle 9 for fine fraction output and loading device. The diffuser 8 is coaxially placed in the confuser 7 and faces downward with a large base 10, and the outlet 11 of the confuser is connected to the outlet 9 through an additional cyclone 13 made in the form of a snail 12 to twist the flow formed in the annular gap 14 between the confuser and diffuser.
Installation for the processing of finely dispersed material in the flow of aerosol mixtures works as follows.
Turning on the fan 4 creates rarefaction and air movement in all elements of the installation. Starting material, for example, an asbestos-containing product, moving along the screen 15, enters under the nozzle of the charging device 1. Asbestos fiber, which has emerged above the layer of rock particles, is entrained in the air stream and through the pneumatic conduit 16 enters the diffuser 8, made with an opening angle of 45-60. In the diffuser, the flow of the air mixture increases and its speed decreases smoothly and without shock, as a result of which the aerodynamic drag of the material flow and the separation of the particles that make up the air mixture occur. Light particles are located closer to the walls of the diffuser 8, and heavier particles are closer to its center. The flow of the air mixture into the vertical pipe 6 is divided into an upward flow directed to the confuser 7 and a downward flow. Particles of aerosol with its aerodynamic drag have different inertia forces. When they exit into the vertical pipe 6, depending on the value of the inertia force and under the influence of the upward flow, they deviate from the vertical direction of movement to the walls of the vertical pipe 6 by a greater or lesser distance. Coarse particles - unblocked asbestos fiber with a greater
Запыленный воздух по пневмопроводу 19 поступает в вентил тор 4, асбестовое волокно выгружаетс из циклона 3 и вл етс конечным продуктом.by inertia, it deviates slightly towards the walls of the vertical pipe from the vertical direction of movement. Therefore, the unblown fiber does not fall under the influence of the upward flow and moves downstream to the nozzle 17 for outputting the coarse fraction, from which it flows through the pneumatic duct 18 to the fan expander 2, then the fluffed fiber enters the cyclone 3. Fine particles - free asbestos fiber having a lower inertia force, when exiting the diffuser 8 into the vertical pipe 6, is closer to the walls of the vertical pipe and is carried upstream into the confuser 7. Between the walls of the confuser and diffuser The upward flow receives a rotational movement around the side surface of the diffuser 8. The rotational upward movement gives an additional cyclone 13 connecting the outlet of the confuser to the nozzle 9 for outputting a fine fraction. From the confuser, the upward flow, carrying free asbestos fiber, enters the cyclone 13, then through the pipe 9 is sent to the cyclone 3. In the event that the fluff does not get into the upward flow, it is discarded to the walls of the confuser 7 by the action of the centrifugal force of the rotating stream and through them enters the pipe 17, then through the pneumatic pipe 18. enters the dryer 2, after the fluffing - into the cyclone 3. In cyclone 3, dusty air is separated from the asbestos fiber. Dusty air flows through the pneumatic conduit 19 into the fan 4, the asbestos fiber is discharged from the cyclone 3 and is the final product.
Thus, in the proposed installation, the process of separation of an aerosol mixture containing particles close in speed to the twisting process is more efficient due to the use of the difference in inertia forces of fine and coarse particles pre-stratified in the diffuser under aerodynamic drag.
