Description
The invention relates to the ceramic industry, in particular to chandelier paints used for decorating porcelain products.
Lustrovye paints have an advantage over overglaze and underglaze ceramic paints, in that the synthesis of chandelier dyes, i.e. the formation of coloring compounds occurs directly in the process of decorative firing. However, the existing palette of chandelier paints mainly contains a gold preparation. In connection with this, the need arose to create a wide range of colors for gold-free chandeliers.
Known non-gold-containing chandelier paint colorless yellow, brown tones based on resinates of bismuth, titanium, uranium, iron:
Известны такие люстровые краски золотистого желтого, зеленого тонов на основе ацетилацетонатов металлов (табл.1).Such luster paints of golden yellow, green tones based on metal acetylacetonates are known (Table 1).
However, when decorating, these tones do not allow creating a multi-color contrasting pattern due to the lack of basic tones in it. Therefore, obtaining black chandelier paint that does not contain gold is very important.
The closest in technical essence to the invention is the composition of a rosin-based chandelier paint in combination with titanium, cobalt, aluminum, bismuth nitrate, turpentine, ethanol acetylacetonates. Known paint has insufficient acid resistance.

The aim of the invention is to obtain a black ink coating with high acid resistance, as well as lowering the cost of paint,
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что люстрова краска, включающа канифоль, ацетилацетонат кобальта, скипидар и этиловый спирт, дополнительно содержит ацетилацетонат циркони и ацетилацетонат марганца при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:This goal is achieved in that the chandelier paint, including rosin, cobalt acetylacetonate, turpentine and ethyl alcohol, additionally contains zirconium acetylacetonate and manganese acetylacetonate in the following ratio, wt.%:
35,037 ,0Cobalt (II) acetylacetonate 2.5-3.5 Zirconium acetylacetonate 2.0-3.0 Manganese acetylacetonate 0.8-1.5 Rosin 35.037, 0

2).It was prepared using mixtures of ingredients (see table 2).
The paint is prepared as follows. Rosin, zirconium and manganese cetonates, acetyl a are heated at a temperature of 80-90 ° С until the melt foaming stops, after which turpentine is added and heated until a homogeneous solution is obtained, then cobalt acetylacetonate is added and the mixture is kept at
Охлажденный раствор профильтровывают через капроно- вое сито № 76 или № 78.a temperature of 80-90 ° C until completely dissolved. After stopping heating, ethyl alcohol was added. The cooled solution is filtered through a nylon sieve No. 76 or No. 78.
The paint is applied to the products by painting or airbrushing (spraying). The temperature of firing paint (815 + 10) ° C. The coating after firing has a rich black tone.
