Description

The invention relates to the technology of inorganic compounds, mainly to the technology of extracting fluorine in the form of sodium fluoride from solutions containing fluorine and silicon, for example hydrofluoric acid.

5102.A method is known for producing NaF and SI02 from solutions obtained by reconstituting a Na2SlF6 salt in water containing fluorine and silicon. In this method, a concentrated solution of NH40H is added to the aqueous suspension in an amount of 4-8 moles per 1 mol of Na2SIFG. With vigorous stirring, concentrated NaOH or sodium salt was added to form a solution containing NaF and precipitate 5102.

The mother liquor of ammonium and sodium fluoride is concentrated and isolated by crystallization of NaF, which is recrystallized to purify NaF from impurities.

0,5% NaF.In this way, a NaF precipitate containing an impurity of 0.2% Si02. And SI02 containing an impurity of 0.5% NaF are obtained.

NaF.The disadvantages of this method are its multistage nature, the presence of periodic stages of NaF production, the inability to organize a continuous process, the need to concentrate the solution to obtain supersaturated NaF solutions and to crystallize NaF to further recrystallize it to purify NaF. In addition, a significant (up to 0.5%) NaF loss occurs with SI02 sediment.

The aim of the invention is to simplify the process.

Example. To determine the optimal pH at which the most complete separation of silicon occurs, a solution of hydrofluoric acid with a concentration of 140 g / l, obtained by aqueous absorption from
