Изображение тест- объекта 2 проецируетс  контролируемой оптической системой 13 на линейный лрибор 3 с зар довой св зью (ПЗС). ПЗС 3 управл етс  синхрогенератором 4. На выходе ПЗС формируетс  видеосигнал, содержащий высокочастотную и низкочастотную гармонические составл ющие. Высокочастотна  гармоническа  составл юща  выдел етс  из видеосигнала полосовым фильтром 5, детектируетс  детектором 7, сглаживаетс  фильтром 9 нижних частот. Низкочастотна  гармоническа  составл юща  выдел етс  из видеосигнала полосовым фильтром 6, детектируетс  детектором 8, сглаживаетс  полосовым фильтром 10.
