Использование: изобретение относитс к измерительной технике. Сущность изобретени : источник 1 света направл ет пучки лучей на тест-объект 2. Изображение тест- объекта 2 проецируетс контролируемой оптической системой 13 на линейный лрибор 3 с зар довой св зью (ПЗС). ПЗС 3 управл етс синхрогенератором 4. На выходе ПЗС формируетс видеосигнал, содержащий высокочастотную и низкочастотную гармонические составл ющие. Высокочастотна гармоническа составл юща выдел етс из видеосигнала полосовым фильтром 5, детектируетс детектором 7, сглаживаетс фильтром 9 нижних частот. Низкочастотна гармоническа составл юща выдел етс из видеосигнала полосовым фильтром 6, детектируетс детектором 8, сглаживаетс полосовым фильтром 10. Соотношение амплитуд высокочастотной и низкочастотной гармонических составл ющих видеосигнала измер етс блоком 11 измерени соотношени и индицируетс индикатором 12. 1 з.п, ф-лы, 5 ил.Usage: the invention relates to measuring technique. The low-frequency harmonic component is extracted from the video signal by the bandpass filter 6, detected by the detector 8, smoothed by the band-pass filter 10. The ratio of the amplitudes of the high-frequency and low-frequency harmonic components of the video signal is measured by the ratio measuring unit 11 and is indicated by the indicator 12. 5 ill.
