Abstract
Использование: изобретение относитс к пневмотранспорту и может быть использовано в пищевой промышленности, в сельском хоз йстве дл транспортировани под различным углом сыпучих, в т.ч. хрупких материалов. Сущность изобретени : установка дл пневматической подачи сыпучего материала содержит нагнетательный вентил тор 1 с заслонкой 2. Вентил тор сообщен с газолодвод одим каналом 3, который снабжен щелевыми соплами 4 и 5, расположенными на обоих концах приемного лотка 6. Транспортный трубопровод 7 установлен наклонно. Он выполнен в виде пр моугольного закрытого желоба и сообщен с приемным лотком 6 и газоподвод щим каналом 3. Верхн стенка 9 транспортного трубопровода выполнена с отверсти ми у своего выходного конца. При включенном вентил торе в щелевых соплах формируютс воздушные струи, настилающиес на нижнюю стенку трубопровода и на днище приемного лотка. Сыпучий материал подхватываетс струей и плавно транспортируетс компактным слоем, не подверга сь практически разрушению 1 з.п.ф-лы. 3 ил.Usage: the invention relates to pneumatic transport and can be used in the food industry, in agriculture for transportation of bulk solids at various angles, including fragile materials.
