Disclosure of a utility model.
Based on this original observation, the present utility model mainly aims to propose a coalescence separator including a chamber having an input for the separated liquid, allowing at least to smooth out at least one of the above disadvantages, namely, to simplify the device, which is technical problem, the solution of which is directed by a real utility model.
To achieve this goal, the chamber has a container on the top of the chamber for collecting the liquid divided into phases, while the chamber has a separated liquid outlet located on top of the chamber, the outlet being formed by a vertical well having a bend in the form of an inclined shelf, configured to provide a smooth overflow of the separated liquid on the outer surface of the inclined shelf into a container for collecting phase-separated liquid.
Thanks to such advantageous characteristics, it becomes possible to create a simple and reliable coalescent separator.
There is also an advantageous version of the utility model, in which the inclined shelf is located at an angle of not more than 30 degrees to the camera horizon.
Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to provide an optimal phase separation of the liquid.

Implementation of a utility model.
Coalescent separator is used as follows. An example of the use of a utility model is provided, which is descriptive and does not limit the use of a utility model.
Step 5. The excess separated liquid is poured through the overflow into a container for collecting the upper separated liquid. Not shown in the figures.
Thus, it is possible to purify water from oil products, fats. There are no consumables.
The steps are exemplary and allow for permutation, addition, and partial use thereof.
Industrial applicability.
The proposed coalescence separator has a clear purpose, can be carried out by a specialist in practice and, when implemented, ensures the implementation of the declared purpose. The possibility of being implemented by a specialist in practice follows from the fact that for each feature included in the utility model formula, on the basis of the description, the material equivalent is known, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of “industrial applicability” for the utility model meets the criterion of “completeness of description” for utility model.
In accordance with the proposed utility model, on behalf of the applicant Alta Group LLC, a prototype coalescent separator was manufactured.
The thin-layer block and coalescent separator were made of polymer materials with low adhesion to petroleum products. The inlet and outlet nozzles are made of polypropylene.
The pilot operation of this utility model showed that its design allows:
- обеспечить движение сепарируемой жидкости в ламинарном режиме,- to ensure the movement of the separated fluid in laminar mode,
- обеспечить коалесценцию капель жидкости с меньшей плотностью со слоем жидкости на поверхности, увеличивая количество сепарированной жидкости в нем,- to provide coalescence of liquid droplets with a lower density with a layer of liquid on the surface, increasing the amount of separated liquid in it,
- обеспечить исключительную простоту устройства.- provide exceptional simplicity of the device.
Thus, due to the fact that the chamber has a container on the top of the chamber for collecting phase-separated liquid, the chamber has a separated liquid outlet located on top of the chamber, the outlet being formed by a vertical well having a bend in the form of an inclined shelf, configured to providing a smooth overflow of the separated liquid on the outer surface of the inclined shelf into the container for collecting the liquid divided into phases and the technical result is achieved, namely: simplification of the device.
Additional technical result achieved:
- отсутствует эффект «захлёбывания» при превышении концентрации на входе по нефтепродуктам,- there is no "choking" effect when the concentration at the inlet of oil products is exceeded,
- высокая площадь фильтрации в малом объеме,- high filtration area in a small volume,
д.Thus, it is recommended to use the proposed coalescence separator for installing it as part of biochemical and biological treatment plants for industrial, domestic and wastewater close to them for wastewater treatment from residential complexes, hotels, boarding houses, sanatoriums, residential building complexes, cottage villages , microdistricts, settlements, manufacturing enterprises, etc.
