Сущность изобретени : гигроскопичный материал из бункера 7 подхватываетс  витками 3 шнека и транспортируетс  к выгрузному отверстию 6. Благодар  тому, что витки 3 и вал 2 шнека подключены к отрицательному полюсу источника 12, а корпус 1 - к положительному, у корпуса создаетс  слой подсушенного материала . Накладки 4 на поверхности витков 3, обращенной к отверстию б, электрически изолированы от витков 2 и вала 2 и подключены к положительному полюсу источника 12.
