The consumption of zinc acetate in this method is 40 g / l of paper pulp.
The production of paper by a known method has a low ecology due to the high pollution of wastewater.
Closest to the proposed method is a method for producing condenser paper, including preparing the pulp, introducing zinc chloride therein and forming a paper web. The introduction of zinc chloride in the pulp is carried out in an amount of 0.1-0.2 mEq / l of pulp.
The disadvantage of this method also lies in the significant concentration of zinc salt in the circulating and waste waters, which increases the environmental hazard of production
конденсаторной бумаги за счет возможного превышени норм ПДК по цинку.capacitor paper due to possible excess of the maximum concentration limits for zinc.
Целью изобретени вл етс улучшение экологичности процесса при обеспечении заданной степени обезвоживани .The aim of the invention is to improve the environmental friendliness of the process while providing a given degree of dehydration.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in a method for producing condenser paper, which includes preparing paper pulp, introducing zinc chloride into it and forming a paper web, a homopolymer of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride in an amount of 0.5-5 mg / l of pulp is additionally introduced into the paper pulp.
In this case, the dimethyldiallylammonium chloride homopolymer is used as an aqueous solution.
402.The specified homopolymer is produced according to TU 6-05-2009-86 with the commercial name Bpk-402.
It was found that the use of BPK-402 in paper pulp significantly accelerates dehydration during web formation in the presence of zinc chloride in the paper pulp.
