Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности процесса диспергировани . Аппарат дл проведени массообменных процессов содержит корпус 1 с патрубками ввода компонентов 4, 12 и слива 2. В патрубке слива размещен гидродинамический смеситель 9, расположенный под соосной ему заборной трубой 20, жестко прикрепленной к аппарату.
