Изобретение относитс к извлечению дисперсной фазы из слабопровод щих сред и может быть использовано в химической, фармацевтической, энергетической и других отрасл х промышленности.The invention relates to the recovery of the dispersed phase from weakly conducting media and can be used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, energy and other industries.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности к за вл емому изобретению вл етс устройство электрического очистител реактивных топлив, содержащее корпус, электродные осадительные пластины с изолированными поверхност ми, подключенные к разноименным полюсам источника напр жени и размещенные внутри корпуса, патрубки входа и выхода.The closest in technical essence to the claimed invention is an electric jet fuel purifier device comprising a housing, electrode deposition plates with insulated surfaces, connected to opposite poles of the voltage source and placed inside the housing, input and output nozzles.
Недостатком данного устройства вл етс необходимость в частой регенерации устройства, т.к. накопление осадка на электродных осэдительных пластинах приводит к смыву частиц осадка в очищаемый поток и снижению эффективности работы при сепарации жидкостей с повышенной концентрацией примесей. Плоскость электродных осадительных пластин перпендикул рна к потоку очищаемой среды, что затрудн ет очистку в зких жидкостей.The disadvantage of this device is the need for frequent regeneration of the device, because the accumulation of sludge on the electrode deposition plates leads to the washing off of the particles of the sludge into the cleaned stream and reduce the efficiency of the separation of liquids with a high concentration of impurities. The plane of the electrode plating plates is perpendicular to the flow of the medium to be cleaned, which makes it difficult to clean viscous liquids.
The aim of the present invention is to ensure the continuity of the process of separation of liquids with a high concentration of impurities. This goal is achieved in that the device containing the housing, electrode deposition plates with insulated surfaces, connected to the opposite poles of the voltage source, located inside the housing, is equipped with a means of removal of sediment and additional precipitation plates, and the electrode and additional plates are arranged in parallel with the formation of wedge-shaped chambers, and the sediment removal means is located in the narrowing zone of the chambers.
На фиг.1 изображен осадитель частиц: на фиг.2 - разрез А-А фиг. 1.Figure 1 shows the particle precipitator: figure 2 is a section aa of Fig. 1.
Устройство содержит корпус 1, входной патрубок 4 и выходной патрубок 5. Внутри корпуса наход тс электродные осадительные пластины 2 с изолированными поверхност ми , подключенные к разноименным полюсам, дополнительные пластины 3, средство отвода осадка 6.The device comprises a housing 1, an inlet pipe 4 and an outlet pipe 5. Inside the housing there are electrode deposition plates 2 with insulated surfaces connected to opposite poles, additional plates 3, sediment removal means 6.
5.The device operates as follows. The separated medium through the inlet port A enters the case of the precipitator 1, in which a spatially inhomogeneous electric field is created with the help of electrode sedimentation plates and additional plates 3 with a gradient in the direction of the sediment removal means 6. In this field, ponderomotive electric forces involving} (particles in the field of a stronger field, i.e., cause 0 to move them in the direction of sediment removal means 6. Here, through holes in the sediment removal means 6, they are removed and recycling. The filtered fluid is withdrawn from the precipitator through the pipe 5.
5 Использование предлагаемого устройства позвол ет процесс сепарации сильно загр зненных жидкостей сделать непрерывным , так как уловленные примеси не накапливаютс в устройстве, а посто нно5 Using the proposed device allows the process of separation of highly contaminated liquids to be made continuous, since the captured impurities do not accumulate in the device, but constantly
0 удал ютс на утилизацию, т.е. не требуетс периодически выводить устройство на регенерацию . При этом повышаетс производительность и эффективность работы сепаратора. Низкое гидравлическое сопро5 тивление устройства делает его пригодным дл очистки в зких жидкостей.0 are disposed of, i.e. it is not required to periodically bring the device to regeneration. This increases the productivity and efficiency of the separator. The low hydraulic resistance of the device makes it suitable for cleaning viscous liquids.
