Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к внутрисосудистой хирургии и хирургии полых органов. Целью изобретени вл етс снижение травматичное™ и повышение формоустойчивости протеза. Протез полого органа содержит каркас 1, выполненный из материала с пам тью формы в виде спиральной пружины с фиксатором 2, причем он снабжен дополнительным фиксатором 3 принудительного положени , установленным на втором конце, при этом оба фиксатора 2 и 3 выполнены в виде петель, а витки спирали выполнены с фигурной внутренней поверхностью и установлены с возможностью взаимодействи между собой. С протезом работают следующим образом: ввод т катетер в просвет полого органа. По катетеру провод т гибкий проводник. Корпус 1 протеза за фиксатор 2 закрепл ют в замке проводника и охлаждают. Корпус 1 деформируют и за второй фиксатор 3 закрепл ют в проводнике. Протез с проводником подвод т к зоне структуры. Отстегивают первый замок. Инъецируют физраствор при 40° С.
