Abstract

The utility model is designed to create the most convenient conditions for performing artwork in classrooms and relates to art supplies, in particular easels. The easel contains a frame fixed to the support, including two vertical posts rigidly connected to two crossbars, on which two L-shaped guides for the movable upper clamping plate and for the lower movable stop are fixedly fixed. The emphasis is made in the form of a L-shaped bar with a special insert fixed to it for movement along the L-shaped guides. For fixing in the L-shaped guides at the desired height, two fixing screws with a hexagonal plastic handle are provided in it. The support is a rack structure consisting of two hind legs fixed between each other by a transverse bar and two front legs connected to the frame by planks in which through holes with a gradation of 5 cm are made so that the angle of inclination of the frame can be changed. All movable joints are made using a screw-nut type bolt joint. The easel provides the most convenient conditions for performing artwork both vertically at various angles and the horizontal position of the easel, while respecting the reliability of the design, the use of non-deficient materials (metal, wood), ease of manufacture and operation, allows you to work both standing and sitting, in depending on the installation of adjustable strips, place the horizontal or vertical format of the tablet (cardboard, canvas), as well as change its angle of inclination from horizontal (for example, when working with watercolor) to the vertical, as well as in the position of "from myself."

The utility model is designed to create the most convenient conditions for performing artwork with the ability to change the angle of inclination of the tablet and relates to art supplies, in particular easels.

The well-known sketchbook "Sputnik" (patent RU N1613107 MPK5 А47В 97/04, B44D 3/04, Bull. No. 46, 1990), comprising a case consisting of interconnected bases and covers, a palette with paint cells placed at the base of the case, hinged tool case with a mounting bracket to the body, equipped with guides located around the perimeter of the internal cavity of the housing cover for placing primed cardboard and an elastic element fixed with ends on the sides of the housing cover, a palette, box-shaped and located at the base of the body and to form a cavity to accommodate the foam. The disadvantages of a pocket sketchbook are its small size and, as a result, it is impossible to carry out large-scale studies.

The closest analogue is a folding easel (USSR AS No. 1340741, IPC ⁴ А47В 97/04, Bull. No. 36, 09/30/87), containing a tripod, a table for accommodating the artist’s working supplies, means for setting and fixing the table on a tripod including support brackets placed on two legs of the tripod, as well as two adjusting plates pivotally connected to each other by one end to change the angle of the table, picture holder.

The disadvantages of the easel include the lack of the ability to change the angle of the picture in the "away" position, which creates the inconvenience of performing small-sized work in the "sitting" position, as well as the complex manufacturing technology.

The task is to ensure the convenience of performing artwork in classroom conditions, subject to the reliability of the design, ease of manufacture and operation.

Technical result: the proposed easel provides the most convenient conditions for performing artwork in classroom conditions while observing the reliability of the design, the use of non-deficient materials (furniture fittings, wood), ease of manufacture and operation; allows you to work both standing and sitting, depending on the installation of the movable support, place the horizontal or vertical format of the tablet (cardboard, canvas), as well as change its angle from a horizontal position (for example, when working with watercolors) to vertical.

The task is achieved in that the universal easel contains a frame fixed to the support, including two vertical posts rigidly connected to two crossbars, on which two L-shaped guides for the movable upper clamping plate and for the lower movable stop, made in the form L-shaped bar with a special insert fixed to it for moving along the L-shaped guides. For fixing in the L-shaped guides at the desired height, two fixing screws with a hexagonal plastic handle are provided in it. The easel is a simple frame-rack structure (Fig. 1) and consists of a frame including two vertical posts 5, rigidly connected to two crossbars 2. Two L-shaped guides 3 (Fig. 4) are fixedly mounted on the frame to move as the lower movable stop 4, and the movable upper clamping plate 1 with emphasis. The lower movable stop is made in the form of a L-shaped bar with a special insert fixed on it for moving along the guides 3. To fix the lower stop in the L-shaped guides at the desired height, two fixing screws with a hexagonal plastic handle 6 are provided in it (Fig. 1 ) The locking mechanism is based on the principle of expansion of the contacting surfaces as a result of the rotational movement of the fixing screw. Moving the upper and lower stops along the guides allows you to set work on the easel with dimensions in height from 200 mm to 1500 mm.

The frame is fixed on the support of the easel (Fig. 2), which is a rack structure consisting of two rear legs 8, fixed to each other by a transverse bar 7; two front legs 9 connected to the frame by strips 10. The strips 10 have through holes with a gradation of 5 cm, for the possibility of changing the angle of inclination of the easel frame (Fig. 2).

The frame in the zone of connection of the uprights 6 with the rear legs 8 has through holes with a gradation of 100 mm, for the possibility of changing the angle of inclination (Fig. 2). All movable joints (Fig. 3) are made using a “wing” type bolt connection (bolt 11 — washer 12 — wing nut 13). Using this type of connection allows you to assemble, disassemble and configure the easel quickly and without undue effort.

The developed design provides the most convenient conditions for performing artwork both in the vertical at various angles and in the horizontal position of the easel. These movements are achieved by fixing the strap with the legs of the easel through a bolted connection. The easel has the ability to easily change the angle of inclination of the frame depending on the installation of adjustable trims and the deviation of the hind legs. The use of a screw-nut pair when installed in certain places of the side posts and legs in a vertical, horizontal or position at an angle to the observer provides both a simple connection and fixed fixation, as well as its stability during operation.
