After applying dye to each sheet, it is dried using a dryer. At the end of the work, printing plates with squeegees and holders are removed from the molds 1 and 3 and cleaned of dyes.

The use of this RTPS will reduce the process of stacking sheets for printing a second color and achieve a significant increase in the quality of color matching. In addition, after replacing the printing forms, it is possible to print the third and fourth colors with the exact combination between each other and manual adjustment with the first two colors, which allows you to print a full-color image of much higher quality,

than with fully manual adjustment on each color.
