Abstract

Полезная модель относится к области ремонта сельскохозяйственной техники, в частности к съемникам, применяемым при проведении ремонта двигателей сельскохозяйственных тракторов иностранного и совместного производства. Сущность полезной модели заключается в том, что съемник гильз цилиндров дополнительно содержит специальный корпус с защитным кожухом, который обеспечивает равномерность распределения давления на поверхность блока при демонтаже гильз и исключает повреждение его поверхности. Применение дополнительных съемных рукояток позволяет плавно и равномерно накладывать нагрузку при удалении гильзы, что исключает ее заклинивание и появление трещин. Съемник гильз цилиндров значительно снижает время, затрачиваемое на ремонт двигателей нескольких моделей тракторов марки New Holland, за счет использования набора специальных пресс-пластин. Кроме этого, разработанная модель съемника позволяет произвести замену гильзы блока цилиндров без снятия и переворота двигателя. Предлагаемая полезная модель проста в изготовлении и эксплуатации, на практике активно способствует снижению трудоемкости операции по извлечению гильз блока цилиндров и сокращению времени ремонта.The utility model relates to the field of repair of agricultural machinery, in particular to pullers used in the repair of engines of agricultural tractors of foreign and joint production. The essence of the utility model lies in the fact that the cylinder liner puller additionally contains a special housing with a protective casing, which ensures uniform distribution of pressure on the block surface during dismantling of the liners and eliminates damage to its surface. The use of additional removable handles allows you to smoothly and evenly impose a load when removing the sleeve, which eliminates its jamming and cracking. The cylinder liner significantly reduces the time spent on the repair of engines of several New Holland tractor models by using a set of special press plates. In addition, the developed model of the puller allows you to replace the cylinder liner without removing and turning the engine. The proposed utility model is easy to manufacture and operate; in practice, it actively helps reduce the laboriousness of the operation to remove the cylinder liners and reduce the repair time.
