Abstract
Description
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, namely to hydrometallurgical processing of polymetallic raw materials.
The aim of the invention is to increase the rate of extraction of metals from ore.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. It is known to use complex organic substances obtained by processing various materials of plant and animal origin with alkali solutions to produce hydrolysis products.
Peat hydrolysis products can serve as raw materials for the production of biologically active preparations in feed production.
1400. The proposed reagent is a product of alkaline hydrolysis of peat and has a complex structure, which includes various functional groups - carboxyl, phenolic hydroxides, ketones. Hydrocycles include oxygen and nitrogen. The oxidation and condensation of polyhydric phenols occurs with the participation of oxidative enzymes of plants and microorganisms involved in their decomposition (biochemical process). The source of the formation of complex organic compounds can be considered lignin. The molecular weight of such compounds is close to 1400.
1-3).The content of the components of the peat alkaline reagent,%: Nitrogen 0.5-4.0 Hydrogen 4.7-7.3 Carbon 48.0-65.1 Sulfur (as sulfides) 0.19-0.52
Experiments on leaching of polymetallic material in agitation mode for shaking were carried out. The ratio of T: W was 1: 8. The initial metal content in the ore: Cu - 1.89; Zn 0.64; Fe - 42.9; Ca - 0.21. The alkaline peat hydrolysis product was fed into the ore leached, and bottom-hole time was mixed. For comparison, experiments were carried out on the leaching of non-ferrous metals using as a leaching reagent a solution of sulfuric acid with the addition of peat extract, a solution of sulfuric acid with the addition of peat. The results of the experiments are shown on graphites (Fig. 1-3).
In FIG. 1-3, the following notation; 1 - solution of sulfuric acid with the addition of peat extract; 2 - solution of sulfuric acid with the addition of peat; 3 - a product of alkaline hydrolysis of peat.
As can be seen from the graphs, the proposed reagent, the product of alkaline hydrolysis of peat, allows more efficient extraction of metals from ores. Concentrations of recoverable metals in the leach solution increase compared with analogues. So, for example, the extraction of copper increases 4-15 times, zinc 1.5-2.5 times and iron 2.5 times for 24 hours of testing. The concentration of calcium in the solution was 3.5 mg / L.
эффективен и избирателен к большому количеству металлов;
расширяет область использования реагента по отношению к металлам, способным образовывать сульфатные соединения, пассивирующие поверхность руды;
The proposed reagent has the following advantages compared with reagents of the same value:
effective and selective for a large number of metals;
expands the scope of use of the reagent in relation to metals capable of forming sulfate compounds passivating the surface of the ore;
contributes to the improvement of the environmental situation.
