Labeled packaging
The utility model relates to the wine and canning industry and can be used, for example, for the manufacture of wine bottles.
A known label for a reusable bottle (US patent No. 4190168, publ. 26.02.80), having the shape of a sleeve made with the possibility of shrinkage. The sleeve is made of oriented polyethylene and has several layers with a different coefficient of friction. The technology for producing such labels and applying them to bottles is rather complicated. Its implementation requires the development of special equipment.
A bottle is known (certificate for utility model of the Russian Federation 12680, publ. 01/27/2000), on the lateral surface of which there is an element that provides protection from fakes - a lacquer miniature made of wood. The disadvantage of this bottle is that the labels made of wood are not elastic. Before labeling, such labels must be shaped into bottles. Bending a wooden label is an additional technological operation and significantly increases the cost of the bottle. Besides

TOGO sticking a wooden label on the bottle is done manually. Since labeling machines for sticking wooden labels are not known.
As a prototype, we selected labeled containers according to the certificate for a utility model of the Russian Federation No. 13650, published on 05/10/2000. The indicated labeled packaging contains a housing and a layer with printed information (image) fixed on the outer side surface of the housing.
The layer with the applied information in the prototype is made in the form of an elastic deformed radially stretched segment of an elastic tubular polymeric or woven material, covering the side surface of the housing and fixed on it due to elastic deformation forces.
The disadvantage of the prototype is that the proposed layer of 11 dimensional or woven material should be closed, and the container should have a convex body. Thus, the proposed layer cannot be used on standard bottles and cans. In addition, the application of the image on the polymer label requires special expensive equipment. Putting an image on a fabric label, taking into account the high requirements for the appearance of the container, also represents an expensive technological operation, as it can not be automated.
When developing this utility model, the task was to develop a technological universal packaging for the wine and food industries. The technical result is the expansion of the arsenal of means (containers) for the wine and canning industry.
The inventive labeled packaging contains a housing and a layer with an image, mounted on the outer side surface of the housing. Under the image in the present description refers to textual information and original graphics designed to identify the goods and are on the packaging the necessary elements.
The inventive packaging differs from the prototype in that the image layer (label) is made of agglomerated cork chips.
In special cases, the claimed packaging may be characterized by the following features:
In the most preferred embodiment, a silk-screen image is made on a layer of agglomerated cork chip. Silkscreen printing is a type of print used for applying images on paper and cardboard. As the experiments showed, the silk-screen printing method can be successfully used to apply the image to agglomerated cork chips.
The body of this crate can be made in the form of a glass bottle.
