Abstract

The present utility model relates to a stretch absorbent utility model, such as a disposable diaper.

A stretchable absorbent article in which the outer shell is divided into a front side located on the front side of the user and a rear side located on the back of the user, the absorbent region being fixed so as to overlap the front side and the back side; both sides of the front side and both sides of the back side are connected to each other, known as a traditional pull-on absorbent article.

The stretchable garment according to Patent Literature 1 includes a sheath on the side of the buttocks, in which the back tape portion extends downward from the portion of the lateral sealed seam, and the sheath on the side of the buttocks is able to stretch. Consequently, the proximity of the lower end of the side sealed seam section leads to strong tension from the rear tape section, and a crease is easily formed at the bottom of the front tape section. For this reason, the lower end of the anterior tape portion can exert a strong pressure on the inguinal region from the front of the user, leaving a mark on the skin of the user or giving the user a feeling that leg movement is difficult.

Description of Embodiments of a Utility Model

Next, a pull-on absorbent article according to a utility model is described with reference to the drawings, based on a preferred embodiment of the utility model.

As shown in FIG. 1 and 3, the pull-on disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter the diaper 1) according to an embodiment of the utility model is provided with a front side 2A located on the front side of the user, a rear side 2B located on the back of the user, and an absorbent region 3, which is elongated in the longitudinal direction and is fixed so as to overlap the front side 2A and the rear side 2B. The portions of both side edges 2a and 2a of the front side 2A and the portions of both side edges 2b and 2b of the rear side 2B are connected to each other to form a pair of portions of the side welded seams 4 and 4, openings for the waist 5 and a pair of openings for the legs 6 and 6.

As shown in FIG. 3 with respect to the front side 2A, the length La in the longitudinal direction X of the diaper (absorbent article) is greater than the length L4 in the same direction of the portion of the side weld seam 4; and the front side 2A includes a front additional portion 21a extending downward from the portion of the side sealed seam 4 (when the diaper is worn). In addition, with regard to the rear side 2B, the length Lb in the longitudinal direction X of the diaper (absorbent article) is greater than the length L4 in the same direction of the portion of the side sealed seam 4; and the rear side 2B includes a rear accessory portion 21b extending downward from the portion of the side weld seam 4 (when the diaper is worn).

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 1 and 3, the diaper 1 includes a front section A located on the front side of the user, a rear section B located on the back of the user and a section of the crotch C located between the front section A and the rear section B and located in the crotch of the user when the diaper put on. The longitudinal direction of the diaper (absorbent article) 1 is a direction extending from the front portion A to the rear portion B through the crotch portion C, or a direction opposite to it (X-direction in FIG. 3); and the transverse direction of the diaper 1 (absorbent article) is the direction along the circumference of the user's waist, and represents the direction (Y-direction in FIG. 3) intersecting the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 (absorbent article).

As shown in FIG. 3, the absorbent region 3 of the diaper 1 includes a liquid-permeable topsheet 31, a liquid-impervious or water-repellent backsheet 32, and a liquid-retaining absorbent member 33 located between both sheets 31 and 32 and formed into a rectangular shape elongated in X-direction. The absorbent member 33 includes an absorbent core formed from an aggregate amount of fiber, such as cellulosic fiber (nonwoven fabric can be used), or an absorbent core holding the absorbent polymer particles, and a wrapping sheet for the core (not shown) covering the absorbent core. The absorbent element 33 has a rectangular shape, elongated in the X-direction. On both sides along the longitudinal direction, the absorbent element 33, in addition to the material forming the absorbent core, includes sections 33d with low stiffness or having a lower surface density (weight 1 m ² ) of the material forming them than other sections. Each of the sections with low stiffness 33d is formed as a section elongated in the X-direction. As shown in FIG. 3, lateral flaps 34 and 34 are formed on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent region 3, including moisture-proof or water-repellent and breathable material. Similarly, the rear side 2B has a rectangular shape that is elongated in the transverse direction, and includes a pair of portions 2b and 2b of the right and left side edges along the longitudinal direction (X-direction) of the diaper, and a pair of upper and lower end edges 2c and 2d along the transverse direction (Y-direction) of the diaper. As shown in FIG. 3, the front side 2A and the rear side 2B have the same shape and the same size; their length in the longitudinal direction (X-direction) of the diaper is the same, and their length in the transverse direction (Y-direction) of the diaper is the same.

As shown in FIG. 3, in each of the side edge portions 2a and 2a, the front side 2A includes a bonding portion 2a ′ in which the front side 2A and the rear side 2B are connected to each other to form a portion of the side weld seam 4, and a non-bonded portion 2a ″, wherein the front side 2A and the rear side 2B are not connected to each other, and which extends downward from the bonding portion 2a ′. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, on each of the side edge portions 2b and 2b, the rear side 2B likewise includes a bonding portion 2b ′ in which the rear side 2B and the front side 2A are connected to each other to form a portion of the side weld seam 4, and a non-bonding portion 2b ″, on which the rear side 2B and the front side 2A are not connected to each other and which extends downward from the bonding portion 2b ′. In the diaper 1, a pair of portions of the sealed side seams 4 and 4 described above is formed by bonding the bonding portion 2a ′ corresponding to the portion 2a of the side edges of the front side 2A and the bonding portion 2b ′ corresponding to the portion 2b of the side edges of the rear side 2B. For bonding, for example, a known bonding method is used, such as heat welding, radio frequency welding, ultrasonic welding and adhesive bonding. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, when bonding, sections of lateral sealed seams 4 and 4, a hole for the waist 5 and a pair of leg holes 6 and 6 are formed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the front side 2A includes an additional portion 21a extending downward from the portion of the side weld seam 4. In particular, the front side 2A includes a body portion 20a (hereinafter referred to as the front body portion 20a) located between the bonding portions 2a ′ and 2a ′, and an additional rectangular portion 21a (hereinafter also referred to as the front additional portion 21a) extending downward from the main body 20a (towards the crotch portion C).

Similarly, as shown in FIG. 3, the rear side 2B includes an additional portion 21b extending downward from the portion of the side weld seam 4. In particular, the rear side 2B includes a main body 20b (hereinafter referred to as the rear main body 20b) located between the fastening portions 2b ′ and 2b ′, and an additional rectangular portion 21b (hereinafter also referred to as the rear additional portion 21b) extending downward from the main body 20a (towards the crotch portion C).

The bonding portion 2a ′ and the non-bonding portion 2a ″ in the portion 2a of the side edges of the front side 2A continuously extend in the longitudinal direction (X-direction) of the diaper in the unfolded and tensioned state (see FIG. 3) of the diaper. In addition, the bonding portion 2b ′ and the non-bonding portion 2b ″ in the lateral edge portion 2b of the rear side 2B are continuously stretched in the longitudinal direction (X-direction) of the diaper in the unfolded and tensioned state (see FIG. 3) of the diaper. In FIG. 7 shows a state in which a child’s waist 7a is inserted into the waist hole 5, and the child’s legs 7b and 7b are inserted into the leg openings 6 and 6.

As for the absorbent region 3, which is shown in FIG. 3, the side of the end portion 3a in the longitudinal direction (X-direction) (the portion overlapping the front side 2A) is fixed with adhesive to the central transverse portion of the front main body 20a and the additional portion 21a of the front side 2A; and the side of the other end portion 3b in the longitudinal direction (X-direction) (the portion overlapping the rear side 2B) is fixed with adhesive to the central transverse portion of the rear main body 20b and the additional portion 21b of the rear side 2B. A specific description is made regarding the diaper 1. In the diaper 1, which is shown in FIG. 3, the side of the end portion 3a of the absorbent region 3 includes a front fixed portion 8A, which is fixed to the front side 2A with glue; and the front fixed portion 8A is subdivided into a portion 80a fixed on the front main part, where the absorbent region 3 and the front main part 20a of the front side 2A are bonded with glue; and a portion 81a fixed to the front optional portion, where the absorbent region 3 and the optional portion 21a of the front side 2A are bonded with glue. In addition, in the diaper 1, which is shown in FIG. 3, the side of the other end portion 3b of the absorbent region 3 includes a rear fixed portion 8B that is fixed with adhesive to the rear side 2B; and the rear fixed portion 8B is subdivided into a fixed portion 80b fixed to the rear main portion, where the absorbent region 3 and the rear main portion 20b of the rear side 2B are bonded with glue; and a portion 81b fixed to the rear accessory portion, where the absorbent region 3 and the optional portion 21b of the rear side 2B are bonded with glue. The front fixable portion 8A and the rear fixable portion 8B are formed by fixing with glue, and can be formed using a known fixing method such as heat sealing, radio frequency welding and ultrasonic welding.

The fixed position of the absorbent region 3 and the front side 2A, and the fixed position of the absorbent region 3 and the rear side 2B are described in more detail. Before wearing the diaper, it is preferable that the width L8a of the front fixation portion 8A of the absorbent region 3 and the front side 2A is smaller than the width L8b of the rear fixation portion 8B of the absorbent region 3 and the rear side 2B to facilitate the difference between the front and rear portions of the diaper. In the present description, the width L8a of the front fixed portion 8A refers to its width in the longest (extended) state in the transverse direction (Y-direction) of the diaper 1 in the portion 80a fixed on the front main portion and the portion 81a fixed on the front additional portion, included in the front fixed portion 8A. As shown in FIG. 3, in each additional portion 21a of the front side 2A and the additional portion 21b of the rear side 2B along the transverse direction (Y-direction), a plurality of elastic members 24 are arranged in a tensioned state, and additional sections 21a and 21b are able to stretch in the transverse direction (Y-direction) . As shown in FIG. 4 and 5, the stretch portion G1 at the waist is formed in the longitudinal direction outside the longitudinal (transverse) end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent region 3, both on the front side 2A and the rear side 2B. A stretch portion G2 below the waist is formed between the stretch portion G1 at the waist and the front supplemental portion 21a or the rear supplemental portion 21b in the longitudinal direction (X-direction) of the diaper 1, both on the front side 2A and the rear side 2B. The stretch portion G3 of the supplementary portion is formed in the front supplemental portion 21a or the rear supplemental portion 21b.

As shown in FIG. 3, each of the plurality of elastic members 24 is tensioned at intervals in the longitudinal direction (X-direction) of the diaper so as to stretch along the transverse direction (Y-direction) in each of the following sections: the front main body 20a corresponding to the main body the front side 2A, the rear main body 20b corresponding to the main body of the rear side 2B, in the front additional portion 21a corresponding to the additional portion of the front side 2A, and in the rear additional portion heel 21b, corresponding to the additional portion of the back side 2B.

More specifically, with regard to the front side 2A, which is shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of elastic members 24A are located on a stretch portion G1 at a waist on a front body portion 20a; a plurality of elastic members 24B are located in the stretch portion G2 below the waist on the front main body 20a, and a plurality of elastic members 24C are located in the stretch portion G3 of the sub portion in the front sub portion 21a.

On the other hand, with regard to the rear side 2B, which is shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of elastic members 24D are located in a stretch portion G1 at a waist on the rear main body 20b, a plurality of elastic members 24E are located in a stretch portion G2 below a waist at a rear main body 20b, and a plurality of elastic members 24F are located in a stretch portion G3 of an additional portion at the rear additional section 21b.

In the diaper 1, both the additional portion 21a of the front side 2A and the additional portion 21b of the rear side 2B include a region of low functionalization of the elastic elements, in which the stretching function of the elastic elements 24 is reduced in the region overlapping the absorbent region 3. In particular, with regard to the front side 2A, the absorbent region 3 is fixed with adhesive on the central portion of the front side 2A in the transverse direction (Y-direction) in a state in which both the stretchable portion G2 is below the waist and growing imaya portion G3 secondary portion deployed and extended. Each of the plurality of elastic threadlike elements 24E of the stretch portion G2 below the waist overlapping the absorbent region 3, and the plurality of elastic threadlike elements 24F in the stretchable portion G3 of the additional portion overlapping the absorbent region 3 is divided into many parts; and the elastic elements 24E and 24F are divided into small parts to a state where the contraction force of the elastic elements is almost eliminated and a region of low functionalization of the elastic elements is formed.

As described above, a region of low functionalization of the elastic elements is formed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4 and 5, the stretch portion G1 formed in the diaper 1 at the waist has the ability to stretch on the front side 2A or the rear side 2B over the entire area between the bonding portions of the side edges 27 and 27; and both the stretch portion G2 below the waist and the stretch portion G3 of the supplementary portion are formed in a portion transversely outside from the respective both lateral edges 3c and 3c of the absorbent region 3 in the transverse direction (Y-direction) of the diaper 1. wherein the front side at each of the portions of both side edges includes a bonding portion in which the front side and the rear side are connected to each other to form a portion of the side sealed seam and an unfastened portion in which the front side and the rear side are not connected to each other friend, and which stretches down from the bond area;

The stretchable absorbent product according to claim 1, wherein the rear side has a rectangular shape that is elongated in the transverse direction in the unfolded and tensioned state of the stretchable absorbent product. 4. The stretch-absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein the front side on each of the sections of both side edges includes a bonding portion on which the front side and the rear side are connected to each other to form a portion of the side sealed seam and the non-bonded portion on which the front side and the rear side are not connected to each other, and which extends downward from the bonding portion; wherein the rear side on each of the sections of both side edges includes a bonding portion on which the rear side and the front side are connected to each other to form a portion of the side sealed seam and an unfastened portion on which the rear side and the front side are not connected to each other , and which extends downward from the bonding section, wherein a pair of sections of the side sealed seams is formed by combining the bonding section corresponding to a portion of the side edge portion of the front side and the scrap section sewing corresponding to a portion of the rear edge portion of the side. 5. The stretch-absorbent article of claim 4, wherein the front side includes a front main portion located between the front side bonding portions and an additional rectangular portion that extends longitudinally from a lower edge of the front main portion located closer to the crotch portion towards the crotch area. 6. The stretch-absorbent article of claim 4, wherein the rear side includes a rear main portion located between the rear side bonding portions and an additional rectangular portion that extends longitudinally from a lower edge of the rear main portion located closer to the crotch portion towards the crotch area. 7. The stretchable absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein both the additional front side portion and the additional rear side portion include a region of low functionalization of the elastic elements, in which the stretching function of the elastic elements decreases in the region overlapping the absorbent region. 8. The stretchable absorbent article of claim 7, wherein both the additional front side portion and the additional rear side portion include a plurality of elastic elements divided into a plurality of parts on a portion overlapping the absorbent region to form a region of low functionalization of the elastic elements . 9. A stretchable absorbent article according to claim 8, in which on the front main part of the front side in the transverse direction there are a plurality of elastic elements in a tensioned state with the formation of a stretchable section below the waist; the absorbent region is fixed with glue on the central portion of the front side in the transverse direction of the tensioned absorbent article in the unfolded and tensioned state; and a stretchable portion below the waist overlapping the absorbent region is in a state in which the contraction force of the elastic elements is practically eliminated and a region of low functionalization of the elastic elements is formed. 10. The stretchable absorbent product according to claim 8, in which on the rear main part of the rear side in the transverse direction there are many elastic elements in a stretched state with the formation of a stretchable section below the waist; the absorbent region with glue is fixed on the Central portion of the rear side in the transverse direction of the tensioned absorbent product in the unfolded and tensioned state; and the stretch section below the waist, overlapping the absorbent region, is in a state in which the contraction force of the elastic elements is practically eliminated and a region of low functionalization of the elastic elements is formed. 11. The stretch absorbent article of claim 1, wherein the additional front side portion has a greater lateral contraction force than the contraction force of the additional rear side portion. 12. The stretch absorbent article of claim 11, wherein the additional front side portion has a greater reduction force per unit length in the transverse direction than the reduction force per unit length of the additional rear side portion. 13. The stretch absorbent article of claim 1, wherein the elastic elements having the same thickness are located on an additional portion of the front side and an additional portion of the rear side with the same degree of stretching. 14. The stretch absorbent article of claim 1, wherein the width of the front fixed portion of the absorbent region and the front side is smaller than the width of the rear fixed portion of the absorbent region and the rear side. 15.
