Abstract

Description

The utility model relates to knitwear production, namely to the production of double culinary cross press knitwear.

Knit weaving is known, which is a press weave formed by the alternation of 4 rows of the L2 + 2 eraser (i.e., 4 needles are involved in the work) and 4 rows with press sketches with a shift of one needle step to the left relative to the basic weave. Loops with sketches are located one above the other. Next, the needle bar (texture) is shifted one needle step to the right and knitting continues according to rapport / cm. US Pat. RU 2389837 C2, IPC8 D04B 1/10 D04B 7/28, publ. 05/20/2010 /.

A disadvantage of the known weave is its high material consumption.

The objective of the utility model is to expand the range of knitted weaves by creating a new type of weaving, reducing material consumption, reducing the degree of wear of loop-forming organs (needles).

The essence of the utility model is that in a press knit with a mesh effect containing rows of basic elastic weave and the next 4 rows of press sketches, shifted according to rapport by 1 needle step, 2 rows of eraser L2 + 1 and rows shifted to the right are used as basic weaving with press sketches arranged one above the other, the sketches being connected by broaches.

The drawing shows a scheme for weaving press knitwear with a mesh effect, with six height loops R01-P06 and a width of three loop stitches, of which one I01 is formed on the needles of the front needle bar (texture) and the other two are I01 ′, I02 ′ - on the needles of the rear needle bar. The proposed knitwear contains an eraser loop A and a press outline B (Fig. 1)

The diagram indicates:

• - working needles;

PI - front needle bar;

ZI - the rear needle bar;

→ - shift of the rear needle bar to the right;

← - shift of the rear needle bar to the left.

The weave is obtained as follows.

2 rows P01 and P02 are performed with the basic weave - L2 + 1 eraser (3 needles participate in the work). Then the rear needle bar is shifted 1 needle step to the right. In the next 4 rows P03-P06, on the needles I01 ′ and I02 ′ of the rear needle bar (ZI), press drafts 2 and 3 are connected by a broach 4. Press drafts are located one above the other. Next, the needle bar is shifted by 1 needle step to the left and knitting continues according to the rapport.

In the resulting new press weave, the broaches between the sketches together with the hinge posts form openwork rectangular holes, creating the effect of a mesh web (Fig. 2). This effect is obtained due to a change in the number of rows of the base weave in the knitting pattern (4 rows for the prototype, 2 rows for the proposed weave) and the direction of the shift of the rows with press sketches.

Reducing the material consumption of the fabric, and therefore the cost of the knitted product as a whole, is achieved by turning one of the needles out of operation. This also leads to a decrease in the degree of wear of loop-forming organs - needles, grooves along which they move and wedges of the knitting carriage.

As a result of using the utility model, the following technical result is obtained:

- expanding the range of knitted fabrics by obtaining a new type of weaving;

- reduction of material consumption of the canvas due to work on fewer needles;

- increase the breathability of the canvas, which allows the use of this weave in the products of the spring-summer assortment;

- reducing the cost of the product by saving yarn;

- reduction of wear of loop-forming organs of knitted machines, such as a needle (due to the shutdown of part of the needles from work);

The proposed mesh knit fabric can be easily manufactured using standard processing equipment for both domestic and industrial use.
