Abstract

Description

The utility model relates to agricultural engineering and can be used in machines for the selection and transportation of rolls of flax and other crops on the field to the place of loading or storage.

A fork-shaped device for rolls of Hesston 5000 is known (see Binder., Ostadal V. Svinovani enu do obnich baliki a manipulace, 1980, p. 40-41), comprising a transverse beam with fingers, hung on the rear linkage of the tractor and controlled by the tractor hydraulic cylinder. This device ensures the reliability of the process, but due to the possibility of selecting and transporting only one roll and the impossibility of additional rotation of the device away from the longitudinal axis of the tractor, it has low productivity.

A device for the selection and transportation of rolls of flax (see RU No. 51451, A01B 45/06, B60P 1/64, publ. 02/27/2006, bull. No. 6), selected as a prototype, containing a transverse beam with fingers, hung on tractor rear linkage and controlled by tractor hydraulic cylinder. The device also includes a transverse beam with fingers, a hydraulic cylinder and a stand, articulated by rods in front of the tractor. This device can pick up and transport two rolls: one in front and one behind the tractor.

This device performs the process quite reliably, there are no complaints about it when selecting a roll with the fingers located in front of the tractor. However, when selecting a roll with the fingers located on the device behind the tractor, additional maneuvering has to be performed to drive up to the roll exactly, since the rolls are scattered randomly across the field. This reduces the performance of the machine-tractor unit.

The objective of the utility model is to increase the productivity of the unit for the selection and transportation of flax rolls to the place of loading, without compromising the reliability of the process.

The task can be solved by the simultaneous selection and transportation of two rolls of flax with a device attached to the tractor in front, which can be successfully applied without changing the design and with a device attached to the rear hitch of the tractor, the design of which must be changed, making it somewhat more complicated by introducing an additional hydraulic cylinder.

This object is achieved in that the device for the selection and transportation of rolls of flax containing a transverse beam with fingers installed on it is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and a frame, the frame being pivotally connected to the transverse beam, and the hydraulic cylinder connected at one end to the transverse beam and the other to the frame, which is hung on the rear linkage of the tractor.

To increase the productivity of the unit, a hydraulic cylinder and a frame are introduced into the device for selecting and transporting flax rolls containing a cross beam with fingers mounted on it. The transverse beam in the center is pivotally connected to the frame with the ability to rotate left and right from the longitudinal axis of the unit. The hydraulic cylinder is connected at one end to the frame and at the other end to the transverse beam. The frame is hung on the rear linkage of the tractor using two lower links and a central screw.

The hinged connection of the frame and the transverse beam with the fingers will allow the machine operator, with the help of the hydraulic cylinder, to turn the transverse beam with the fingers left and right relative to the longitudinal axis of the unit and select flax rolls randomly scattered across the field.

A device for selecting and transporting flax rolls contains a transverse beam 1, on which the fingers 2 are fixed in brackets 2. The transverse beam 1 is connected to the frame 4 using a hinge O. The hydraulic cylinder 5 is fixed at one end to the transverse beam 1 and the other to the frame 4. Hinged the connection of the transverse beam 1 and the frame 4 allows the operator using the hydraulic cylinder 5 to rotate the transverse beam 1 with the fingers 2 left or right relative to the longitudinal axis of the unit in the horizontal plane. The frame 4 is mounted on the tractor with the help of two lower links and the central screw of the tractor rear linkage.

A device for selecting rolls of flax works as follows:

The tractor backs up to a roll of flax. Cross beam 1 with fingers 2 is lowered with the help of a tractor hitch, brought down a roll along its axis and lifted the roll from the ground. If the axis of the roll does not coincide with the longitudinal axis of the unit, then the transverse beam 1 with the fingers 2 of the hydraulic cylinder 5 is turned in the corresponding direction until the axis of the roll and the axis of the device coincide.

The technical result of the utility model is to increase the productivity of the unit for the selection and transportation of flax rolls to the place of loading, without compromising the reliability of the process.
