Abstract

1. Диск для штанги, содержащий корпус, имеющий форму диска с утолщенным краем, центральным отверстием для грифа штанги и прорезями, расположенными вдоль противоположных краев диска симметрично относительно его центра, отличающийся тем, что два противоположных края диска с прорезями дугообразно отогнуты в одну сторону относительно центральной части диска.2. Диск для штанги по п.1, отличающийся тем, что корпус имеет две или четыре прорези, расположенные попарно вдоль противоположных краев диска симметрично относительно его центра.1.
