The method is as follows. Phosphate ore is crushed to a flotation size, a flotation regulator, components of a collective mixture or a mixture are introduced into the pulp without deoxidation at a single total flow rate of 1.7 kg / t. The collector and regulator prepare a 2.5% concentration. The regulator is soluble sodium silicate (consumption of 1.2 kg / t in each experiment) is introduced before the collector. The scheme includes the main flotation with three purifications of the concentrate, the intermediate products of the second and third purifications are returned to the main flotation, the industrial product of the first together with the tailings is discharged into general waste.
П р и м е р 1. 5 64,8%.PRI me R 1. Ore containing 13% P 2 About 5 , crushed to a particle size of 0.15 mm and float when the ratio of solid and liquid in the main flotation of 1: 3, in roughing operations 1: 4. The selectivity of the process is evaluated by the quality of the obtained concentrate and the extraction of P 2 About 5 in the concentrate. 5.9 ml of a 2.5% soluble sodium silicate solution are poured onto a weighed material of a mass of 120 g weighed, stirred for 3 minutes. Then, a collective mixture is introduced into the pulp, including 2.87 ml of 6AAA, 0.25 ml of 6AA and 5.08 ml of CCA, stirred for 3 min and floated. The resulting flotation concentrate contains 25.4% of P 2 O 5 with the recovery of P 2 O 5 64.8%.
П р и м е р ы 2-15. PRI me R s 2-15. The experiments are carried out under the conditions of example 1, but the collective mixture introduced into the pulp includes 6ААК, 6АК and VKK with a ratio of components (wt.%) 84: 15: 1-40: 55: 5.
5.PRI me R 16 (known). The experiment is carried out under the conditions of example 1 with the introduction of regulators into the pulp - sodium silicate soluble in the amount of 5.9 ml of sodium carbonate 1.2 ml and kerosene 0.3 ml. As a collector, bottoms of synthetic fatty acids (FFA) are introduced in an amount of 8.2 ml. With each of these reagents, the pulp is stirred for 3 minutes, then floated. Get a concentrate of reduced quality with a content of 24.5% P 2 About 5 when extracting 60% P 2 About 5 .
Compared with the known, the proposed method has the following advantages. The use of a collective mixture during flotation provides a higher quality concentrate (up to 25.5% P 2 O 5 versus 24.5% in the known) and a significantly higher recovery of P 2 O 5 (65.9% P 2 O 5 against 60% ), which indicates an increase in the efficiency of the flotation process.
The proposed collective mixture and the reagent mode developed on its basis allow flotation of crushed ore of a wide range of fineness without desliming, including finely divided fractions, and eliminate the need for additional regulators - sodium bicarbonate and apolar reagent.
85-45%.The proposed collective mixture allows to obtain a higher recovery of P 2 About 5 (3-5%) with obtaining high-quality concentrate in comparison with the use of a more expensive reagent - N-acylamino acid with a decrease in consumption of the latter by 85-45%.
