Система для формирования и обслуживания персональной карточки-рецепта частотных медикаментов, включающая средство для создания частотных медикаментов, содержащее процессор с подключенным к его сигнальному выходу цифроаналоговым преобразователем кодового слова в напряжение, один из входов которого подключен к блоку памяти, а другой - к генератору радиочастоты с блоком фазовой автоподстройки частоты, выход которого через усилитель подключен к блоку электродов, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит выполненные с возможностью взаимодействия друг с другом персональную карточку-рецепт частотных медикаментов, средство для записи на упомянутую персональную карточку-рецепт идентификационной информации о пациенте, характеристиках прописанного частотного медикамента и результатах диагностики по методу Р. Фолля, и прибор для индивидуального использования пациентом, активируемый указанной карточкой-рецептом, для генерации электромагнитных колебаний частотного медикамента, при этом указанная карточка-рецепт представляет собой часть электрической схемы прибора для индивидуального использования пациентом.2.
