Abstract

1. Контейнер, состоящий из решетчатого днища с опорными брусьями и четырех стенок, выполненных из вертикальных стоек, соединенных горизонтальными стяжками, отличающийся тем, что к вертикальным стойкам и горизонтальным стяжкам прикреплены перфорированные панели, решетчатое днище выполнено в виде поперечных полозьев, передняя стенка выполнена съемной и зафиксирована при помощи замков, а в нижней части установлена в паз, образованный торцами поперечных полозьев и упорами.2. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он снабжен в верхней части по углам ловителями, а по периметру нижней части окнами для вилочного погрузчика.1. Устройство работает следующим образом. Перед загрузкой стенка 6 снимается, для этого открываются замки 7 и стенка 6 вынимается из паза, образованного торцами полозьев 3 и упорами 9. Четверти замороженных туш плотно укладываются в контейнер. Четверти туш сначала укладываются на полозья 2. Такая конструкция днища позволяет при выгрузке четвертин туш легко их выгрузить т.к. полозья уменьшают площадь примерзания четвертин туш к днищу. После того как четвертины туши уложены, съемная стенка 6 устанавливается на контейнер и фиксируется замками 7. После подготовки второго контейнера вилочный погрузчик захватывает его, для этого в нижней части контейнера предусмотрены окна 10, поднимает контейнер и устанавливает его на первый контейнер. Для облегчения штабелирования в верхней части по углам контейнера предусмотрены ловители 8, которые позволяют устранить дополнительное маневрирование с поднятым контейнером.The device operates as follows.
