Description

The utility model relates to the field of protection against counterfeiting of mass-produced products, and, in particular, to the sticker of a system for protecting goods from counterfeiting.

In today's market for anti-counterfeit devices, there is an urgent need to use simple, universal, reliable and economical anti-counterfeit system stickers.

Stickers for identifying product authenticity are currently known. However, the existing stickers do not allow to ensure low cost while ensuring high reliability of protection against counterfeiting (at the same time without requiring the purchase of special equipment for verification).

It is known that the sticker of the system for protecting goods from fakes with an N-digit number printed on it, verified by telecommunication means and instructions for checking the specified N-digit number. N-digit numbers and unique codes corresponding to them are generated using the program once at the time of system installation, an N-digit number is assigned to a product in the center for assigning unique product codes, while recording information in a single database that includes the corresponding N-digit number a unique product code containing the country code, manufacturer code, product code, additional information codes, including advertising ones. The disadvantage of this device is the possibility of damage to the erased layer during storage and transportation of goods with a sticker installed on it.

The objective of this utility model is to expand the functionality of the sticker, which allows to increase the reliability of the system for protecting goods from fakes, providing low costs for the implementation (use) and high capabilities for protecting goods.

The task with the achievement of the specified technical result is solved using the sticker of the system for protecting goods from fakes according to this utility model. The proposed sticker of the system for protecting goods from counterfeiting, contains a multilayer package in which the front side is covered with an opaque layer, under which a visual identification mark is located, and information is given on the possibilities of checking the said identification mark, while the back of the sticker is made with an adhesive coating to fix the sticker on the protected product, while the opaque layer is made with the possibility of a single separation from the front side of the sticker and without the possibility of re-fixing the opaque layer on the front side of the sticker, information about the verification capabilities of the said identification mark is additionally printed on the opaque layer, at least one part of the opaque layer is made loose and provided with a visual mark.

The device operates as follows.

Further, the goods go to stores for subsequent sale. The buyer after the purchase removes the opaque layer from the front of the sticker. The following is information telling him exactly how to verify the authenticity of this product. In the particular case, information about the verification options is an Internet address and / or number for sending an SMS message, i.e. the buyer must use either a mobile means of communication or the Internet to verify the authenticity of the purchased goods.

The buyer sends a request with information in the form of UIN to the specified number or using the Internet address, i.e. The UIN on the sticker is the key to query the database. This request is received by the administrator, who, on the basis of the database with the data stored in it for all the stackers, compares the sent UIN with the UIN entered in the database. In case of coincidence (information about the name and manufacturer coincides with the name and manufacturer bought by the buyer), the said UIN, the buyer receives a response that the goods are genuine or, otherwise, the buyer receives a response that the goods with such a UIN do not exist.

If the buyer discovers that the unique identification number printed on the purchased product is not contained in the database, or another product is indicated under this number in the database, this means that the specified protective sticker was never applied to the purchased product. Therefore, this sticker is fake, information about the product and the manufacturer indicated on the product itself or on its packaging does not correspond to reality, which indicates that this product is counterfeit (or fake).

As an example, suppose that the PIN is a fifteen-digit number, for example, 200003535185518, where the first three digits (200) represent the manufacturer’s code, the fourth and fifth (00) are the product code, and the sixth through fifteenth (3535185518) are the product number, respectively .

In the case of using only four characters as a UIN, it can be expressed, for example, in the form; L5dd, where L is the manufacturer's code, 5 is the product code, dd is the product number, respectively.

Placement of the sticker on the protected product is carried out by means of an adhesive coating, which is located on its reverse side. Then the base tape, on which at least one sticker is located before it is applied to the protected product, on the side that does not contain glue, contains an N-digit number, for example, the eleven-digit serial number (PN) (10000210282) of the sticker.

In this case, the administrator (in the case of making a sticker with an adhesive coating) also enters the PN in the mentioned database together with the PIN, which corresponds to it.

However, it is also possible to carry out the sticker not separately with an adhesive coating, but immediately as part of the label of the protected product or in the packaging of this product. In this example of execution, the label or packaging can be made not only by the mentioned administrator himself, but the administrator provides to the one who will produce them the PIN and, if necessary, PN, respectively.

It is also possible to make a sticker with additional marks, for example, polygraphic marks (hologram), microtext, special colors, one-dimensional or two-dimensional barcodes printed on the front side or radio frequency tags for contactless removal of identification mark information and product information, respectively, if required by the manufacturer of the protected product.

In the case of unauthorized opening of the opaque layer, the unique identification number becomes visible, which allows you to visually determine the violation of the protection of the product from counterfeiting and the buyer refuse to buy this product. Thus, the advantage of this device is its ease of use (the UIN sticker allows consumers to make sure that they are buying an authentic product via SMS service or via the Internet, the identification process does not require special equipment, knowledge or training - it is very simple and takes a few seconds ), in high reliability (the system is built on the principle of information sharing, when part of the product information is contained on a sticker, and part - in remote databases, and the ability to mark oduktsii only available to right holders of trademarks or persons authorized by them) and low implementation cost (does not require manufacturers no rearrangements of production and pre-investment).

The proposed design of the sticker device of the system for protecting goods from counterfeiting allows you to expand the functionality of the sticker, which increases the reliability of the system for protecting goods from counterfeits, providing low costs for the implementation (use) and high capabilities for protecting goods from counterfeiting.
