Description
The utility model relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to elements of pulse technology, namely, to high-frequency pulse and power transformers.
A ceramic sintered coil of a dry type transformer is known, including a conductor and an insulator, and characterized in that it contains an uninsulated conductor and a ceramic insulator (patent CN 101834058). The surface of the bare conductor is covered with glaze during winding on the coil, then, after sealing, the process of firing the coil occurs, which leads to sintering. The disadvantage of this method is that when sintering the glaze, coating heterogeneity, cracks, voids, which impair electrical insulation, thermal conductivity and mechanical strength of the structure, are inevitable.
A known inductor (RF patent No. 2333561), which is made by winding an electrically conductive wire with ceramic insulation. Ceramic insulation coatings have good electrical insulation properties and, in addition, have a wide range of other useful properties - wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, heat transfer, etc.
Closest to the proposed technical solution is the transformer described in RF patent 2284601 "Method for winding a high-frequency power transformer" The essence of the method of winding is that an electrically conductive tape of rectangular cross section with an outer insulating layer is used as winding material. The windings are winded on a sleeve of dielectric material. Before winding each of the windings, the tape in the region of half its length is bent perpendicular to its axis in two opposite directions, forming a bend node that is supported on the surface of the sleeve and the tape is laid in opposite directions, determined by the position of the ends of the tape in the bend node. After winding is completed, the findings of the resulting winding are bent perpendicular to the axis of the tape in opposite directions.
In a similar way, it is impossible to manufacture a transformer in which a wire with ceramic insulation would be used as a winding material.
The objective of the utility model is to create a transformer that is easy to manufacture and has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance.
The problem is solved in that in the known transformer, including at least 2 cores, 2 yokes, primary and secondary windings wound on a sleeve of dielectric material, separated by an interwinding insulating strip, according to the proposed technical solution, the wire made of aluminum and metal is a valve groups and their alloys with ceramic insulation; the inter-winding gasket is formed by an electrical insulating, heat-resistant and mechanically strong film, and to ensure a guaranteed thermal compensation gap between the windings and to protect the film from mechanical damage both during winding and during subsequent thermal expansion of the windings during transformer operation, a shock-absorbing layer of film is laid between the turns of the film more ductile than film material.
A variant of the transformer is also the implementation of the sleeve of the insulation film wound directly on the core with cushioning layers of plastic material compared to the film.
As an insulating film, a polyimide film, a film of polyethylene terephthalate and other films that meet electrical insulation and thermal requirements can be used.
п.Filter paper, various adhesive tapes, etc. can be used as a cushioning layer between the turns of the film.
Ceramic insulation can be obtained by microarc oxidation or oxidation.
Ceramic insulation allows windings with a higher tension of the conductor to be wound, while at the same time it is thinner than the insulation commonly used, which together increases the window fill factor with the conductor in the transformer, reduces vibration during operation. The coefficient of heat resistance and thermal conductivity of ceramic insulation allows an order of magnitude increase in the current density transmitted through the conductor.
The implementation of the insulating winding strip of the electrical insulating, heat-resistant and mechanically durable film simplifies the manufacture of the transformer, increases the temperature range of operation, increases corrosion resistance and service life.
The presence of a cushioning layer between the film turns of a more plastic material compared to the film protects the film from mechanical damage both during winding and during subsequent thermal expansion of the windings during transformer operation. It is possible to use a material that burns during the operation of the transformer, while there remains a gap between the layers of the film, which will increase its dielectric and mechanical qualities.
The technical result consists in reducing the dimensions of the transformer, increasing the breakdown voltage between the windings, increasing the service life, expanding the possible climatic conditions of operation, reducing vibration during operation, which creates more comfortable conditions for its operation

Transformer Description
When voltage is applied to the primary windings of the transformer, a magnetic flux occurs in the magnetic circuit, which creates a voltage in the secondary windings equal in magnitude to the voltage on the primary winding times the ratio of the number of turns in the secondary winding to the number of turns of the primary winding.
