Шампур, содержащий ручку с соединенными с ней двумя расположенными рядом заостренными металлическими стержнями и установленном на последних с возможностью перемещения вдоль стержней приспособлением для снятия нанизанных на стержни приготовляемых продуктов, отличающийся тем, что ручка выполнена из материала с теплопроводностью ниже теплопроводности металлических стержней, например из дерева, расстояние между заостренными концами стержней при расположении приспособления для снятия нанизанных на стержни приготовляемых продуктов рядом с ручкой меньше расстояния между стержнями в месте их соединения с ручкой, приспособление для снятия нанизанных на стержни приготовляемых продуктов выполнено в виде П-образно изогнутой пластины с двумя плоскими боковыми стенками с закругленным краем, в которых сделаны отверстия для пропуска через них стержней, а на соединяющей боковые стенки плоской стенке П-образно изогнутой пластины закреплена поворотная рукоятка. ! 2.
