Description

The utility model relates to road construction and municipal engineering, in particular to machines for cleaning city roads from snow and / or ice, as well as for loading bulk materials.

A device for removing snow and / or ice from the road (see AS SU No. 1261569, E01H 5/00) containing a base machine with a loading platform is known. In the front part of the base machine, on the brackets attached by means of hinges, a main screw knife is mounted horizontally rotatably around its axis by means of a hydraulic drive. A device for moving a screw knife in height, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, is attached to the base machine. Behind the knife there is a mechanism for removing and transporting snow to the platform, made in the form of a scraper and scraper conveyors. An additional screw knife with a rotation drive in the form of a hydraulic motor is installed on the side of the screw knife. The additional screw knife has a direction of winding the cutting edge opposite to the direction of winding the cutting edge of the main screw knife. An additional knife is mounted in brackets with the ability to move in height using the hydraulic cylinder and along the axis relative to the knife. The device may have a cylindrical brush mounted between the knife and the scraper. At the outer end of the main screw knife or an additional screw knife, a transverse screw-type knife with a rotation drive is mounted with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane.

The main disadvantage of this device is the excessive complexity in the manufacture and operation and, as a consequence, the high cost. Inability to use in the courtyard environment.

The closest in structural essence is a loader - a self-propelled tracked or wheeled vehicle with a linkage system and a frontal bucket, filled with the forward movement of the machine, which picks up, transports and unloads material (see GOST 27721-88 Earth-moving machinery. The disadvantage of these loaders is the implementation of several complex shunting movements by the undercarriage to perform operations of loading the bucket and unloading snow into the car. This requires a relatively large time and significant fuel consumption.

These shortcomings are eliminated by the fact that the working equipment is made in the form of a plate to which a manipulator is pivotally connected, consisting of a rear beam with a lifting hydraulic cylinder and a front beam with a scooping hydraulic cylinder, which, in turn, are pivotally connected to each other by two rods, forming a whole a parallelogram providing horizontal movement of the front crosshead using a lateral displacement hydraulic cylinder pivotally connected to the side unloading bucket, while the working equipment plate is rigidly Attaches to the front or rear of the chassis base frame.

The principle of operation of the utility model is as follows:

The bucket 9 with the help of lifting cylinders 4 and scooping 6 is lowered onto the soil, and the movement of the base machine 10 begins, during which the bucket 9 is filled with snow and unloaded into the side of the machine 11 without additional maneuvers, as is the case with the analogue. Depending on the need, the road can be cleaned and snow can be removed both on the right and on the left side, with the width of the base machine exceeding 1.5 m in width. A loaded bucket can be unloaded into vehicles both to the right and to the left, and also forward in the direction of travel. This working body can clean the compacted snow and ice on the roads, as well as on the sidewalks when the tractor moves along the road.

This utility model for snow removal has the following advantages:

- the ability to unload snow on the right or left side in the direction of travel, including in vehicles;

- to clean roads and sidewalks, including a pod of compacted snow on the right or left side in the direction of movement of the base machine for its dimensions in width of 1.5 and more meters;

- fuel economy.
